Very good stay worth for sight seeing around Taj mahal
Pros:

Rooms wer clean and spacious. The staff was good. They upgraded our room from standard to deluxe. Overall very good experience

Very disappointing stay with poor service and facilities.

Nothing except the location. Did not opt for breakfast as we had to leave early.

Did not opt for breakfast. Not even a kettle in the room. No contact numbers of the restaurant or the front desk.
The front desk staff was very unprofessional and uninterested at check-in. Ms Neha from reception was better.
The extra mattress, which was not required, was very dirty. There were cockroaches and a lizard in the room. The bathroom fittings were old and worn out.
Late check-out at 2.30 pm was charged Rs. 500 extra. Overall, the vibe was not welcoming or pleasant. In a tourist place like Agra, the hotel needs to provide better facilities and the staff need to be trained better. At least, provide a kettle in the rooms.

A nice stay in Agra
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a strategic position. I left my scarf at the hotel and they sent that to me at the next one in Rajasthan - super kind and proactive staff, they solve all pie problems

特にない。

Cons:

まず、値段が高い割に設備が全て古い
突然停電する。
お湯が出ない。
シャワールームに仕切り、カーテンなどないので、洗面台、トイレ、床がびっしょびしょになる。
シャワールームがカビだらけで臭い。
ちなみに3部屋借りて、3部屋とも同じ状態。
鍵の掛け方もイマイチわからない。
ホテルの支払いでトラブりました。
写真を撮り忘れてしまった。
日本人の方、本当にオススメしません。
