Home away from home.
Pros:

I stay at the Radisson Blu Gautrain quite often, and it’s become a bit of a home away from home.

A big part of that is the team, especially Precious, Oratile and Dineo. They’re always warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s not just good service, it feels personal. They remember you, take the time to help, and just make each stay easy and comfortable.

The hotel itself is great and well-located, but it’s the people that keep me coming back.

The room was very clean, the bed was neatly done, Tv channels were all working, all lights and bathrooms supplies were in place. There was also a message when you switch on the TV, to notify guests that there will be a water system upgrade that night, the passage was very quiet that. The buffet looked fanastic though i didnt have to sit for long because i was late, but everything looked great.

As always when staying at this hotel I was well looked after by Precious and the team. Always great to be welcomed like a family member and to feel at home. Precious was great (again) and made everything easy, simple and fast…the staff were all very pleasant and helpful and will look forward to the next stay with the team!

Great Service
Pros:

The reception team was very professional and helpful. Even though I arrived early in the morning for check-in, I was given all the privileges of my Radisson Rewards status and checked into the room immediately. Breakfast was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to and from the shopping mall.

Pros:

This is a place to be when you are in Sandton, location is perfect. The people are friendly and bar is also available for the guest. Sleep was a bit difficult due to noise at the bar which am sure the hotel will consider.

Very good hotel, perfect location in Sandton a few hundred meters from the speed train and Mandela square, good restaurant with dedicated staff, we were served by a young man named Blessed or Blessing who was incredibly attentive and had sympathetic personality.

Five star expérience with incredible welcome desk!!

I had a wonderful stay!The location is unbeatable-right next tobthe Gautrain station and perfectly situated in the Heart of Sandton's economicla hub making it very convenir t for business and travel.
The cleanliness was perfect, it's a well maintained hôtel and everything felt confortable throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the magical view of the Sandton skyline, the city lights creating a magical athmosphere.
The continental breakfast was excellent of superior quality nad a great variety of choise.
What truly made my expérience unforgetable however was the warm and heartfelt welcome from the front desk team. A special shouthout to Precious, Dineo and Temera, their level of professionnalism, their kindness and welcoming attitude made the stay feel personnal and special. True quality service!

Pros:

I had an incredible stay at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very well maintained.

A special mention to Precious, Lerato and Moeketsi, who made the stay more comfortable. After a rough day at work, seeing their warm smiles truly brightened up my day.

Overall, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

I would definitely stay here again!
