This hotel is a hidden Gem!
Pros:

The room was very clean, table and 2 chairs was nice to have. A real fire place with it already to light, logs and paper. Matches are provided. Very nice surprise! The grounds were exceptional. Lots of different birds. Breakfast was included and had cereals, pastries, breads, bagels, and Waffles! fruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. Breakfast room was nostalgic and had photos of famous people, golf. I am definitely staying at this hotel again!!!!

Pros:

We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to come back! The staff was so friendly, the buildings were beautiful, and it was so special to have a fireplace and popcorn in the room. It was also just a quick walk to the beach, which was gorgeous!

The room was rustic and bed comfy. Didn’t use fireplace as the door wouldn’t close completely. The inner curtains need to be replaced or washed. The place needs some love…

Exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way.
Pros:

The Unit we stayed in was a small but legitimate and fully functional 2 bedroom apartment, and the location was incredible. Very close to the beaches in Pacific Grove, short drive to restaurants and supplies. The breakfast they served was basic but had options for grab and go, and a waffle maker is always a nice touch.

Cons:

There were a couple of maintenance issues with our unit that we informed the staff about. Nothing that was ultimately detrimental to our stay.

Great value for the Pacific Grove area.
Pros:

Extremely clean and quiet. We also loved the fireplace with real wood. Deers were peeking into our bedroom.

Shower pressure a bit low, but adequate.

Beautiful location, would love to stay again if updated
Pros:

Location on arriving was perfect we pulled into a pine forest that reminded me of a children's tale. Amy at the desk was just a gem, so bubbly and a friendly smile. The room was of very nice size and a fireplace, this we liked. Continental breakfast was full and very tasty.

Cons:

This is an older inn however, I believe that a few things can be updated for the comfort of the traveler. The bed was older than 8 and it is time to rejuvenate. The toilet is low in hight. The that husband nearly fell when going. The fiberglass shower paint is warn down to the fiberglass. Insulation in the walls and ceiling would be wonderful.
