Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Da disponibilidade dos funcionários que fizeram o necessário para me garantir um quarto quando Booking não conseguiu cobrar o meu cartão e cancelou a reserva. O recepcionista cobrou meu cartão sem problema nenhum.

Cons:

A minha primeira reserva era para um quarto com vista mar, foi garantida pelo aplicativo mas foi cancelada porque o hotel não tinha o quarto prometido pelo Booking.
Reserva cancelada e perdi minhas milhas.

Em geral é uma estadia boa, bem localizada , a praia na frente fica um piscinão que se forma quando a maré está baixa.

Não gostei da estrutura em si, muito antiga, precisando de reparos e no quarto que ficamos estava com um vazamento grande no banheiro, acionamos a recepção e nunca chegou o rapaz da manutenção pra olhar.

Prédio Em Manutenção, em reforma, elevador problematico, a sorte que tem dois. Mas vale o custo benefício. Pelo preço. E ficar atento ao apartamento é se necessário trocar. O ar do que recebi estava com morfo e eles trocaram apartamento, e saber o que está comprando. Eu volto mas consciente do que é.
