Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Boa localização, mas muita dificuldade no atendimento.
Cons:

Minha experiência com esta hospedagem foi bastante negativa.

Apesar de as instalações serem relativamente novas e a localização ser razoavelmente boa, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. A proposta de autoatendimento não funciona na prática. Ao chegar para o check-in, fui orientado a me deslocar para outra unidade apenas para realizar o pagamento, algo que poderia ser facilmente resolvido com uma máquina de cartão no próprio local. Isso gera transtorno e perda de tempo para o hóspede.

O atendimento via WhatsApp é lento, excessivamente mecanizado e dificulta a resolução de problemas. Quando há atendimento humano, a impressão é de falta de interesse em ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais frustrante.

Outro ponto negativo é a emissão da nota fiscal. O prazo informado já é elevado, mas mesmo assim ocorrem atrasos frequentes no envio do documento, demonstrando falta de organização e comprometimento com o cliente.

Em resumo, embora a estrutura física seja satisfatória, a experiência geral foi muito ruim devido ao atendimento, à dificuldade nos processos e à falta de agilidade na solução das demandas. Não recomendo para quem busca praticidade, eficiência e bom suporte durante a hospedagem.

O chuveiro pode melhorar . mas ok. Porem ate hoje espero a nota fiscal, mas parece que depois que faz o Check out eles não tem a mesma atenção de quando está hospedado. me decepcionei com isso . Aguardo ha um mes a solução de receber corretamente a nota fiscal para poder prestar contas.
