Buen hotel
Pros:

El hotel está en plena entrada de Universal Studios Osaka. La decoración es la cosa más adorable que haya visto, la atención del personal es espectacular. Al hacer check In te regalan por persona una bolsita temática de personajes de barrio sésamo a elegir. Los pasillos están decorados (depende de la planta) el ascensor tiene mucha luz y está decorado estilo comic. La habitación tiene nevera. La habitación está decorada y depende de dónde estés, tiene vistas al parque y una gran ventana. El baño tiene artículos de higiene (pasta de dientes, cepillo, etc) champú, gel de ducha y suavizante y secador de pelo. La habitación es amplia y tenía bolsitas de té y café. En la planta baja hay máquinas expendedora de bebida y helado (pago) y en el -1 tienen taquillas donde dejar tus cosas mientras vas al parque de atracciones. Hay tres restaurantes en el hotel y si no hay montones de restaurantes al lado. Tiene una tienda de universal Studios con cosas exclusivas del parque. A pesar de mi experiencia por la claustrofobia, le doy muy buena puntuación ya que no es culpa del hotel y este fue maravilloso.

Cons:

Soy una persona con claustrofobia y no puedo usar el ascensor, la recepcionista fue muy amable y me enseñó donde se encontraba la escalera para que yo pudiese subir. Ahora el problema, la escalera me resultó terrorífica, reitero, soy una persona con claustrofobia y tengo mucho miedo de espacios cerrados. La escalera se encuentra interna en el edificio, pero carece de ventanas, es muy oscuro, suelo azul oscuro y paredes oscuras. Se ve toda la estructura del edificio y el metal de las escaleras, me pareció muy bajo el techo (no lo era). Me resultó una experiencia espantosa y me encontré muy mal después de tener que subir ahí. Pongo este comentario por si hay alguien como yo, en ese caso NO recomiendo la experiencia. Mi hija venía conmigo y ella no tuvo problema alguno (no tiene claustrofobia) ella subió por las escaleras acompañadome y no tuvo problema alguno, ella también subió por el ascensor y le encantó todo. Todo esto NO es culpa del hotel, el hotel estuvo genial, simplemente lo comento por si hay alguien con el mismo problema, ya que me hubiese gustado saberlo con antelación.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。
USJで遊ぶ日はロッカーを貸していただけて
取りに行くにも鍵で開けて取れてスタッフさんの手を煩わせることもないので良いなと思いました。

Cons:

ユニバーサルシティ内のエレベーターからも行くことができましたがホテルの入り口(ロビー)がわかりづらかった
