Wonderful experience

O hotel é grande, mantém a tradição de hospedagem por anos - fiquei lá a primeira vez 30 anos atrás. Pelo tempo segue bem conservado! Irá passar por uma reforma em breve! Corresponde ao que se propõe - hotel para convenções !

Hotel com excelente localização com ótima infraestrutura, confortável. Nossa escolha sempre que vamos à Gramado. Entretanto desta vez a piscina aquecida não estava tão quente como de costume.

Me decepcionei com o quarto no prédio anexo porque reservei essa opção sem saber. Nosso quarto ficou sem luz e imediatamente nos transferiram para suite executiva que era maravilhosa. Equipe foi eficiente e prestativa.

Descaso com hóspede

Fiquei hospedada com minha filha desde segunda(14/07) até sábado (19). Desde o dia que cheguei necessitei solicitar alguns serviços basicos( tv sem funcionar,dispenses de sabonetes sem funcionar, ausência de amenities e , principalmente, duchas higiênica c temperatura muito alta, sem água fria)
Solicitei conserto dessa ducha quatro dias seguidos, só fui atendida dia 17/07) porém, apesar do técnico ter vindo ao quarto, o problema persistiu . Em 18/07 um técnico retornou ao apartamento porém mais uma vez não conseguiu resolver o problema!
Acredito que,um hotel categoria 5 estrelas, já que não consegue resolver o problema, deveria ter trocado nosso quarto ainda no primeiro dia!
Enfim, minhas férias já encerraram e levei uma impressão muito ruim do Wish Serrano resort!
