Great place to stay, room was excellent. Staff are fantastic. Only thing i could say that needs change, would be the bed, very firm. Other than that. Zero problems with hotel or room. Will stay again.

Brilliant location
Front desk staff and porter were not too friendly but helpful when asked. Housekeepers and other staff were very happy and ready to assist. Housekeepers do a great job cleaning rooms and providing room items (water, shampoo, coffee, etc.) when we declined room cleaning on certain days. This hotel is dated and getting a bit old, but we already know this and it’s fine because we like the big rooms with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room and full bath with shower and tub.

Been coming to this hotel for a number of years when in Pattaya. It is convenient for when we need to be.
The hotel is clean, tidy, well-maintained. In fact this time the air-con broke about 8am one morning and it was fixed by 11am, pretty good really.
The only grumble I have is the same one as every time I stay here is the showers - why cant they fit thermostatic valves/mixers like everywhere else (even in other group hotel like LK Royal Wing). You cant mix the water properly and as soon as you add hot water to the shower it just comes out scalding hot. A couple of years ago they put a small sign on the shower glass telling you how to use the shower but it doesn't work.
For me this one small change would improve this hotel from 9/10 to 10/10 easily.
Other than than, heartily recommend this hotel.

Property was excellent but one particular staff at reception argue a lot and rude. Besides making payment she asks again for the same payments without checking. Her tone wasn’t pleasant. Spa, Sauna and pool weren’t operational.
