Comienzo fatídico final feliz
Pros:

El buen trato de la gente que nos recibió, los chicos de la animación y todo el personal con el que nos cruzamos a diario.

Cons:

Estuvimos atrapados en el ascensor cuarenta minutos con una familia que no entendió que no podían subir todos ya que uno más excedía la cantidad de personas permitidas y el ascensor se atoró ente los piso 1 y 2. Nos socorrieron y fueron muy amables los empleados del hotel que estaba esa noche. Pero nadie del personal jerárquico se acercó esa noche ni el día siguiente para ver cómo nos encontrábamos. Dejo mucho que desear respecto lo sucedido.

Fin de año en Marupiara con excelente servicio
Pros:

Es un hotel con una muy buena ubicación, me gustó todo el evento que realizaron por fin de año. Excelente cena, bebidas, decoración, etc. La calidad de la comida y los tragos lo hacen recomendable. El hotel esta muy bien mantenido, siempre esta limpio, ordenado. La habitación con vista al mar fue un lujo, muy cómoda con buenos amenities. Me pareció excelente la disponibilidad de gaseosas y soda fresca. La pileta climatizada es increíble. Ofrecen excelente servicio para parejas y para descansar y disfrutar. Destaco el servicio porque hay hoteles que ofrecen buenas instalaciones y mal servicio, en este caso ambas cosas fueron positivas. Hay sombrillas y reposeras en la playa y pileta. Realizaron una fiesta de espuma increíble, felicitaciones por todo el armado! Vale la pena pasar fin de año en el hotel dado que tienen muchos detalles que lo hacen soñado.

Cons:

La licuadora para tragos, sólo estuvo el primer día de mi estadía. Podrían mejorar la musica colocando internacional y no sólo de Brasil
