Local perfeito para familia!
Pros:

O cafe da manha era perfeito com muitas opções. Local sempre bem limpo, atendimento da equipe perfeito. Alem do mais, foi a nossa primeira viagem com o nosso filho de 1 ano. A equipe na nossa chegada disponibilizou um berço e também uma banheira o que facilitou muito nossa rotina no hotel. Local perfeito, voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!

De modo geral, tivemos uma experiência positiva, cumprimdo com o propósito da viagem, que era relaxar.
Pros:

Os funcionários são solícitos e simpáticos. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Ter acesso direto à praia é um diferencial!

Cons:

O valor do all inclusive sai caro, pois apesar do buffet ser farto de opções, nem todas eram saborosas/de qualidade. O espaço em si do restaurante pode ficar pequeno a depender da quantidade de hospedes no complexo, assim como o espaço da piscina. Infelizmente, a area infantil do playground estava interditada por motivos de obras, o que foi um ponto negativo para quem estava viajando com crianças.

La Parte de los niños, la cercanía al centro, la cocteleria, bebidas en General, desayuno, la comida es rica. En la recepcion son amables, tiene servicio a la playa

Estando hospedados se cayo el techo de Durlock del RESTAURANTE mientras estabamos desayunando, se notaba que tiene varias zonas con Humedad, deberían cerrar y solucionar eso, por el Peligro.
Tienen un solo RESTAURANTE, a la noche no hay comida a la carta, es Buffet, varían pero deberían incluir también a la carta, algunos del personal son muy amables, otros no tanto
La playa deberían limpiar un poco mas.
En la habitación la cortina es de plastico tenia moho, también, hay que colocar bien osino sale el agua
