Enjoyed our stay and gladly return in the future.

The locality was perfect. Central to all our needs. All rooms and areas were very clean. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Though the breakfast was lovely didn’t realise a cooked (English) breakfast was not an option. Returning in the evening found the exterior of the hotel entrance & carpark in total darkness some nights.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A small, comfortable and quiet guesthouse, in a great location close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We visited mainly to make day-trips to the beautiful Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour and RSPB Arne, but there is much more to do in the area, and some great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Whilst the continental breakfast was very comprehensive and great, it would have been really good to have the option of more protein (eggs etc.) for those with pre-diabetes.

Pros:

Chris kindly checked me in really late into the night. The hotel is lovely and the location is super if you need to get to the beach, or any of the local restaurants. Breakfast is continental but is fantastic and its everything you need. Thanks again for having me! Tom

We had such a lovely stay, shame it was only brief. A real gem of a place.
Pros:

Chris the owner is such a lovely man and bent over backwards to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The staff were great and the place has a nice relaxed and classy atmosphere. Would stay here again 100%.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the weather, but we can't really blame that on them!
