Lovely and clean hotel - pool was great!
Pros:

Very clean, swimming pool was lovely, free parking, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice and good value for money

Cons:

The shower was difficult to get the temperature correct and was dated. However this was in the hotel description so this was not an issue. It was only a minor thing really.

Pros:

Swimming pool was nice and outside ground to sit , was nice location not to far from stuff just need to update there rooms badly.

Cons:

No aircon but if no aircon should have fans available in rooms but wasn't and couldn't sleep as way too hot ... no shower curtain in room even thow a sign saying use it lol and shower wouldn't give you a nice temperature just boiling hot or really cold . Also my car got damaged in car park to top it . Will not ever go back . Curtain way to thin that let's heat in .

Pros:

It had a pool. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Very hot! No double glazing. Curtains didn't block the light at all. Loud music from the bar directly under our room. Shower was difficult to stand under and bathroom was tiny.

Pros:

Location was great for town and beach. Reception were very helpful when we lost something after leaving.
Our son loved the swimming pool - a real bonus in the heat.
It was quiet at night.

Cons:

Hotel feels a little dated in decor.
We felt ignored at breakfast ,obviously the regulars get preferential service.

Pros:

We stayed 2 times just for 1 night , family with 2 kids . Perfect for 1 night .my kids were happy with Swimming pool , before to go to the beach in the morning they enjoyed Swimming in the pool .

Cons:

No fridge in the room and pillows not comfortable at all , need to bring your personal pillow. Even if you stop for one night you still need a good rest , but without a good pillow almost impossible.

They can do better
Pros:

Some of the kitchen staff were so on point and willing to be of assistance

Cons:

The night staff on duty on the day of my arrival was not helpful, very nonchalant.

The cleaning crew were hardworking but did not come to my aid when I needed them

My short break at Bournemouth
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Was my 3° stay there. Happy to see again one of staff there called Ali, very polite, friendly and excellent professional , top guy who always provided the best for his guests . Very good location

Cons:

Could have a small fridge in the room

Was ok. Not the greatest. But you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Some where to sleep. Decent location. Price is pretty on point

Cons:

Showers were awful. Water pressure to low. Rooms were dated. Breakfast was average.

Absolutely awful, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1960’s decor and smells.

My partner was bitten by bed bugs in our second room! Our first room had blood on the bed sheets and hairs on the sink.

Really disappointing. Needs investment and re-marketing.
Pros:

Friendly staff…and accommodating when I needed to check in earlier.
Car parking very useful.

Cons:

Definitely needs re-decorating/updating.
Rooms too thin walls and cheaper rates attracting drunken groups. Somebody even banging on doors/windows to be let in. Once in the annex trying different doors to get let in.
Bedding needs replacing/whitening.
