Free parking and helpful staff and friendly
Had to ask at breakfast to take our order when someone came after us and was asked before us what drinks he wanted.

Cleaning was a bit off specially under the beds we found nails and stuffs from other clients
Outdated and absolutely stank. The smell of the drains was terrible
Crawling with bedbugs. Shower had zero pressure , beds are extremely uncomfortable. Found someone else’s clothes stuffed into the cupboard. Looked okay on booking but definitely not returning
Room. The room was pleasantly big for a family of four and it was clean and tidy.
My daughter liked the swimming pool.
The location was good in terms of accessing the town and beach.

Breakfast: The breakfast was tasty. Although a bit confusing in terms of items to pick. Our Fifteen year old eats like an adult and felt the breakfast was inadequate for his size and the portion he received.
Bed. We used one double bed and two single beds. The beddings were clean although the mattresses and pillows were very hard.
The games room should have a better maintained pool table and accessories.
The decoration of the rooms needs to be updated with maybe a mini fridge and microwave installed.
The beds were so comfortable and once we got used to where we had to go it was so easy to find the staff were amazing so welcoming towards me and my daughter who can be shy with some people
There were no forms of air conditioning and the rooms got so hot
The staff were very friendly and location really good. Pool was nice and bar was reasonably priced. Beds also vey comfy. Plenty of car parking space and free parking. accepted if you are on a budget. Would come back but I would check if can stay in a refurbed room.
Room was very dated and tired and really needs a refurb, A shower would have been good in the bathroom. and just needs a bit of TLC. The room was very hot but luckily took own fan. I do feel it needs to upgrade the doors to a swipe key. Bar doesn't open till 6 , thinks it could have been good to open earlier.
Good location and free parking
Stayed for 3 nights with my 12yr old daughter and couldn't wait to leave. Hotel hasn't been updated since the 80's! We stayed in the main block and our room had single pane windows, net curtain, paisley carpet. And the bathroom had no form of shower at all. The room was boiling as no air con so had to open windows which resulted in alot of noise. We stayed in room 2 and could hear everything around us and sounded like the people above were coming through the ceiling! On the last night an argument over noise broke out amongst 2 other rooms which left my daughter scared. I only wish I read the reviews before booking!
It was quiet and good for money!
Facilities,no shower gels,for hair dryer have to ask from reception, for ironing you had to pay for an iron !

The sheets was stained wasn’t white they was grey/yellow the bed was great the room was very dated and the shower was shocking . I booked this room thinking ans looking at the photos and when we arrived we was in a totally different room like a block off the hotel disappointing.
