Pool
Outdated and every time someone walked through the corridor, it creeped!! Bedding needed updating so does the whole hotel really?
The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. We also enjoyed that there was entertainment, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, table tennis and a pool table.
It was very old-fashioned and wasn’t the cleanest. I had to ask a member of staff to come and clean the toilet before use.
It was very homey and although a bit outdated that didn’t bother us at all. Beds where comfortable and the pool was lovely 😊 so close to the town too with a short walk
The only thing I would say is the lady who does the swimming lessons she kept telling the kids in the pool to move into a small section of the pool because they were playing and splashing . The kids were just having fun! I think if you have lessons then block out time slots so it’s closed for others to use as it can ruin people who are staying at the hotel’s experience.
For me and my family we felt the bed to be comfortable with clean sheets. Room is cosy with carpet which was nice. Location was good as it's not far from the city road.
We were up on the second floor believe to be the attic so the flooring makes a lot of noise. Flooring also uneven, not sure for how long until it calapses on someone beneath. While we were at the attic, I could not stand and take a shower because of the ceiling. Besides the swimming pool there is another else for the kids. Parking spaces look to be open for all who are not residing at the hotel therefore anyone can come and vandalise and the hotel staff will not know. Security is not the best. I booked the room for 2 nights but decided to leave after 1 night due to the weather and nothing to do in the hotel to keep the kids busy.
SWIMMING POOL FACILITY
HAIRS IN BED
DIRTY CARPETS
NO RUBBISH COLLECTED FROM ROOMS SATURDAY MORNING OR CLEAN BED LINEN OR TOWELS

Swimming pool area was good but there should have been a changing room within that area because we had to go in our rooms in wet clothes
Beds weren't comfortable at all. We stayed awake all night
Clean hotel with friendly staff.
Rooms were big enough for us
Ok for one night stay
Quite an old hotel. Shower in one of the rooms needed replacing as didn't stay on holder.
Could for with being updated.
Just pool
Everything
The pool and breakfast
Staff
the pool was good
the bed was very uncomfortable, the decor was old fashioned. floor boards was creeky and loud. stains on radiator which also noisy pipes.
Didn't get hardly any sleep!!
Location
Dirty bathroom (pubic hairs around the wash basin)
Room smelt musky
Car park full of cars and coaches, hard to park when we arrived late
Close to the tier and beach
The rooms are dirty. The bathroom didn't have a a working shower head , there wasn't even toilet paper. Everything is old, including the bed (mattress on mattress) in the pool dirty at the bottom and in the jacuzzi cold water and a garden hose stuck in the jacuzzi. We are not happy to stay in this old hotel with old creaking windows... Fortunately, it was only two days. And unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The grounds were very cosy, the swimming pool opening times were excellent.
The beds were uncomfortable, springy mattresses and the bathroom was out dated, needs upgrading.
Location
Beds uncomfortable dated decor and bathroom not very clean. No hot water in the morning.
Close to Bournemouth
We booked for 3 people in a family room. And only two towels and two cups & sauces.
The attention to detail needs work
