The gentleman at reception so welcoming.great customer service.overal a lovely welcome

Cons:

The pillows a bit hard and the bedding looking a off white colour (dirty. Colour ) not really inviting to sleep in .no bar open

Pros:

Ali was amazing, the rooms were clean. Location was great only a few minutes drive from the beach.

The beds were a bit hard but still manageable.

Pros:

It was a great location, short walk to bournemouth town and beach. Staff were friendly and had free car park.

Cons:

Bedding had stains on, hairs in the bath, taps covered in limescale and one didn't work properly. Uncomfortable mattress. It was noisy at night so barely slept. Another family staying in room above wetee shouting and banging around for nearly 3 hrs from 1 in the morning.

Excellent
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was excellent service

Cheap , budget friendly and good service
Pros:

The swimming pool was awesome for my kids and they had a lovely time and we enjoyed a lot

Cons:

They had bar service which made us much easy for us to enjoy the drinks and breakfast was good aswell

Pros:

The faulty tower feeling & breakfast, the swimming pool very good if you had children.

Cons:

The very heavy /hard pillows, parking, when you found a spot don't move it before your stay has finished, television controls didn't work, plugs for use behind beds unable to use, could hear conversations through walls, shower didn't work, bathroom not comfortable get toilet roll before, no room to turn (I am size 10) taps need sorting (hot is cold & cold is very hot dangerous for blind & children), beds over firm.

Very expensive for the condition
Pros:

Nothing good like a nightmare very very very dirty,very old,very smelly.no shampoo in the shower no lock to the door,the swimming pool very very old very dirty o my Good terrible I wanted to cry when I arrive.i just stay for few hours and left
