very convient location on the cliff,The staff were very helpful and friendly ,the room was clean .
It's a very old building the needs some TLC but it wouldn't be so affordable if renovated to top speck!
all round cheap and cheerful
Die schöne Lage und Nähe zum Eurotunnel.
Es waren alle kostenlosen (angegebenen) Parkplätze belegt und wenn dann auch nur von 6PM-8AM kostenlos.
Staff. Bar. Comfy beds
Toilet didn’t flush. Shower needed updating. Very hot room, windows didn’t open
Location is good if catching the train to france, rooms adequately furnished.
Hotel frontage looking abit tired, could hear every footfall from the guests upstairs. Limited parking in front of hotel.
Very spacious and comfy rooms
We are on the ground floor next to the bar and it was quite loud banging and knocking at night and the bar was open until 1 am
Lovely room with old details. Folkstone is great and the location of the hotel is ideal for a lovely time and to get to the channel train. Walking distance to a late night supermarket.
The owner was friendly and the towels, chocolates and beds were perfect.
The shower is a rain shower that is not great for someone of more than 2 meters tall. The loveliness of the old building makes for certain problems but not enough to not recommend this special place.
Stanza ampia e luminosa
Curat. Personal foarte amabil.
A fost cam frig noaptea în camera.
Bien situé.

Location, cleanliness, comfort
No hair dryer in the room
Great location Stones throw from the sea front, was made very welcome at arrival and thoughout the stay. The scuba bar was great and one of the better places we found to have a drink, would stay again if we find ourselves in the area.
Conveniently located
Tired, bathroom silicone and tiling issues boarded window with debris on window sill near loo
Poor curtains in bedroom (broken and sharp tacks sticking out on the tiebacks)
Stayed in a family room which was on the first floor above the bar quite Noisy
We had a lovely large room with a large bed. Reasonable sized shower cubicle, and water was very hot.
The carpet definitely hadn't been vacuumed! Bits all over the floor. No breakfast at the hotel, so had to walk into town the next morning to get something to eat. There was a bar downstairs, that also served food. But it wasn't the most appealing looking, so found a lovely place a 5 minute walk away.
