Warm welcome, lovely hotel, excellent location.
Pros:

Lovely welcome at check in. Very good breakfast, lots of choice and very attentive staff. Room was very clean with everything we needed. Even though there was a wedding function on, we were still welcomed to use the bar and very little noise heard.

Cons:

We had the twin room which was a bit small but loved the fact it looked out to the front of the hotel. I think we were also lucky to get the last parking spot, which was just big enough for my car but would not have catered for my husbands.

A pleasant stay in a lovely hotel ideally situated and with helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was clean and fully equipped. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception area was roomy, well decorated and clean. Breakfast offered a wide choice and was excellant. Location was perfect to explore Ilfracombe.

Two night weekend break.
Pros:

Lovely room, 108 large and clean and well decorated.
Large comfortable bed (king room)
Staff aways helpful. Parking on site.
Modern bathroom with a nice shower.
5 minutes walk to town.
Breakfast room and food all great.
Would highly recommend.

Pros:

The hotel was impeccably clean, the food and waiting services were excellent, our room was clean and fresh with the en-suite sparkling. It is one of the cleanest hotels that we have ever stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent hotel.

Fabulous food, great service
Pros:

Good sized room, fantastic choice of breakfasts and very good evening meal although there was a special Burns night event on one night which was fully booked. Very attentive staff in reception and restaurant. Very close to sea.

Cons:

Some meal choices were not available. Maybe we would like to have known about the event so we could book ourselves!

Superb staff and great breakfast choices.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and I had a lovely quiet stay. The breakfast was really varied. The hotel room and communal areas were superbly clean and fresh looking.

Cons:

My room was a bit small but for only 2 nights it was acceptable but if I’d stayed longer I’d need a bigger room.

Very happy with the hotel and staff, great location could not be better.
Pros:

The breakfast choices were beyond what you would have expected for a hotel of this size, the staff were on hand and very attentive, well cooked food and delicious with it.Very good vibes about the hotel, where nothing was to much trouble.

Cons:

Limited parking, but did not have any trouble finding parking in or nearby during our stay.
