Pros:

When the room was cold, I called reception and they fixed the heater for me. Also offered to change my room if it didn’t warm up within 20mons

A very disappointing stay .
Pros:

A nice suite as an upgrade & good breakfasts .

Cons:

Staff not helpful . Little knowledge of the area so not able to help you for directions, buses etc .

The hotel in all fairness was lovely and the staff were amazing, they were helpful and kind, I would stay at this hotel

The staff were amazing and the room
Was fantastic

Cons:

Nothing in all honesty however, there was building work going on which was challenging and the road was noisy but we are not used to that

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was nice and spacious, with a kitchen and living area, and the bed separated from those facilities which was really convenient. The breakfast was also nice, and the location is great, only about a 10-minute walk to the city centre.

The space was big, especially in the bedroom

There was no door to the bedroom, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and springs were felt all night.

Warm and friendly welcome at check in, lovely room, great location, modern decor, tasty breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, good spread, from cereals, pastries, fruit to cooked breakfast, modern, clean, great design and decor, lovely place to eat.
Location was good, walking distance to the centre and the action.

Cons:

My only small criticism is space to eat, it gets pretty busy and there was a short wait to get a table, maybe a few more tables to keep the flow going

Lokalizacja , śniadanie + pomocna obsługa . Bardzo ładny i nowy hotel

Cons:

Spowalniacze do drzwi nie są wyregulowane przez co każde wyjście z pokoju( w sumie ze wszystkich ) powodowało duży hałas

Ottima struttura in posizione centrale. Pulitissime le camere e dotate di ogni comfort.
Colazione varia e deliziosa, lo staff molto cordiale.
Se dovessi tornare a Manchester, tornerei sicuramente qui a soggiornare.
