Good location, lovely fresh hotel
Pros:

Location great, although looking out at a large go outdoors sign wasn't ideal but we didn't mind too much.
Room was a lovely set up, clean and nice furniture etc.
Good to have all shower products available.
Breakfast nice.

Cons:

We arrived early, about 1, recognising check in was not til 3 we still attended so we could leave our bags. The reception team member said the room may be ready. She did check but advised the sofa bed was not made up so we couldn't have the room which was no problem for us.
We came back about 9, told room was ready, got key and went to room, we believed the room would be ready. It wasn't however, so I called reception who told me I would need to come and get all of the bedding and make it up myself. I did do this but did feel the hotel could have done this.

الاستقبال غير احترافي ودفعت اكثر من المبلغ المطلوب بسبب خطأ من الموظفة وعندما اكتشفت اختلاف المبلغ بعد الدفع بثواني قاموا بارجاع المبلغ لي بنفس اليوم
هناك نافذة كبيره تطل على الممر وهو شيء قد يعارض خصوصيتنا عندما يحركها الأطفال
دخول الفندق والمصعد بدون بطاقة وهو ما يقلل أمان الفندق
المرحاض غير مركب بشكل جيد
السرير الاضافي غير مريح ولا يمكن الجلوس على طرف السرير

Comfortable stay in stylishly appointed apartment.
Pros:

Clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They only had a tiny rubbish bin which was in the bathroom. Would be better if there was a washer and dryer.

Service. We checked in and had issues with wifi for the 3 days stay . if told upfront it would have been manageable but instead when we raised the complain we were told no one else complained and that is the issue as everyone had the same problem.

Great for a short stay.
Pros:

Loads of space, comfortable and well equipped. Close to station, great for my needs.

Cons:
