Spacious room, but breakfast was very limited and it's a bit far from the Piccadilly Station.

Comfortable and good value for the price
Pros:

I really liked the fact that I was allowed to check-in a bit earlier. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a confortable stay. The breakfast was also quite good. The location is also convenient - 10 mins walk from the Manchester Piccadilly station and has a supermarket around the corner.

Cons:

There are construction works in the area and that creates a bit of noise, but in all fairness it is not something the hotel can control. So, I do not hold it agaist the hotel. One small suggestion would be leave a few bin bags for the bin near the kitchenette area in studio rooms, and provide instruction on where to dispose rubbish - for those who stay for several days.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to the station and main shopping street. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was a bit small to accommodate 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything one may need. Reception staff was very helpful amd friendly.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Beautiful room! Short walk to Manchester piccadilly Station. Only needed to stay for one night, but wanted to stay longer!
Small balcony was lovely, especially with the warm weather but there was also air con! Beds comfy. Small kitchen area and fridge was very handy indeed.
