Happy enough with our stay just a couple of tweaks would have helped
Pros:

I feel the room was spacious & clean . With cooking facilities, fridge dishwasher. 2 TVs . Staff nice enough. Nice seating areas in lobby area . Breakfast fine not massive choice but good enough.

Cons:

Sofa bed uncomfortable and little small for 2 , pillows could have been better . Sofa bed defo needs to be better for a comfortable nights sleep. The reception area needs to be bigger or in a different place because it caused , congestion as felt it was in the walk way to where the rooms are ( not a problem just feedback )

Pros:

Huge amount of space, comfortable, and great smelling products in the bathroom.
I also enjoyed that you could take a tray back to your room to eat breakfast there, it wasn't necessary because there was space innthe dining room when i went, but i did it anyway!
The room was cool even in the 35 degree heatwave. Also didn't hear any noise from the street on the 4th floor!

Cons:

Walked in to both TVs on "greeting me", which as a solo traveller freaked me out a bit hecause i thought it meant id been given the wrong room. I think it might be a marriot thing though, and i just hadnt experienced it before.

The location was excellent and the room we had exceeded our expectations

Cons:

Breakfast. It was far too busy and there was not much choice available. There was no cutler, no orange juice and too chaotic

Pros:

Really good room, very clean and spacious. Location was fantastic.

Cons:

Unfortunately our check-in was delayed. We arrived at around 2.00 and knew check-in was at 3 so were happy to relax in the loungv area until 3. 3.00 came and went however and our room wasn't ready until 3.35. Not a long delay but we were heading out to a concert so needed to get ready (3 of us sharing so waiting for the bathroom etc was longer)

Pros:

Check in wasn’t great - arrived for check in time and told to wait 3 minutes, room wasn’t ready until 3:50pm and then had to queue again to get room key. They couldn’t remember where they put our bags and luggage and the room didn’t have enough towels or pillows.

Pros:

The hotel reception areas were great. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room with the extra bed in, where I slept, overlooked a company lorry parking area which was very noisy around 2 am and again 1st thing in the morning.
Also the breakfast self serve area was quite narrow with too many people trying to get food at once.

Lovely hotel with stylish rooms & friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, very comfortable bed. Room was cleaned to a high standard. Amenities in room were a massive bonus (kettle,fridge, hob etc..)
2 large tv screens.
Location perfect for Etihad stadium/Co-op arena.
Breakfast was lovely, stylish decor.
Friendly staff.
