The hotel's reception staff were known for their lack of hospitality and coordination among the employees.
A Warm welcome at reception by Euchria? The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel is great. Close to the city centre and a short walk from the train station

The hotel was very nice and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank one of the receptionists (unfortunately I don’t remember his name – he was a young man) who showed us great kindness. He arranged an early check-in for us because my son was very tired after the journey and waking up very early, and he actually fell asleep on the sofa in the lobby. The receptionist noticed this and helped us check in earlier. That’s what I call real customer care and excellent service.
I was visiting with my son for a Manchester City match, and the hotel is in a great location – very close to the stadium and public transport. The rooms are quite large, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good. We really liked everything about our stay and we will definitely come back when we visit Manchester again!

The only downside is that unfortunately there is no water in the room.
The room was lovely, bed comfy and breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful too.
The only thing I can mark it down for us the fact that the hotel room doors are outside, like posh motel like rather than inside like a typical hotel. Not a huge problem I guess but would prefer if the room doors were inside.
