La climatisation, le parking gratuit et le personnel

Cons:

Un des deux matelas inconfortable, chambre et surtout salle de bain vétuste avec Wc arraché du mur, petit déj' assez simple pour un Novotel

Struttura moderna e pulita con una buona posizione per raggiungere i luoghi artistici del centro. Di fronte all'hotel si può prendere un bus con il quale raggiungere in circa 5 minuti la fermata della metro Eur Palasport, per poter andare in centro..

Pros:

Accoglienza al check-in con personale che senza chiedere ha intuito e soddisfatto le esigenze del cliente. Dal cambiare la camera con due letti singoli con un letto unico più grande, dal fornire a pantofole da camera che non avevo portato con me così come un sacco (rigorosamente di carta e non in plastica) per gli indumenti da lavare, ecc.
Colazione quasi ottima con prodotti di prima qualità (marmellata asiago, burro parmaregio, nutella, ecc unica pecca i croissant non proprio freechissimi!)

Cons:

Posizione favolosa per la vicinanza al posto di lavoro (motivo per cui l’ho scelta) ma distante da metro e in un quartiere dormitorio che la sera offre poco o nulla

Excellent Family Stay at Novotel Roma Eur.
Pros:

We had a great family stay at Novotel Roma Eur. Good, spacious room with AC and hot water. Free tea, coffee station and water in the minibar. The room was serviced daily. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Location was also convenient for us.
