i want to stay again next time and longer.

La posizione vicino al palazzetto dello sport in occasione di un concerto

Il fatto che al rientro dopo il succitato concerto abbiamo trovato il bar dell’hotel chiuso nonostante la concomitanza dell’evento..da un 4 stelle mi aspetto un altro tipo di servizio

Unica nota positiva: le due signore al check-in, gentili e professionali.

Cons:

Sinceramente non mi aspettavo un’esperienza del genere in un hotel 4 stelle.
In camera ho trovato le lenzuola macchiate (allego foto), cosa che per me è inaccettabile.
In più il riscaldamento non era gestibile dalla camera: ho dovuto chiamare la reception e mi è stato detto che era “bloccato” e che lo sbloccavano loro. Mai sentita una cosa del genere.
Anche ristorante e bar mi hanno deluso: chiudono presto (alle 23:30) e per un 4 stelle mi sembra davvero un orario troppo limitato.
