価格に全振り
Pros:

・ホテル価格の高騰が進む東京の中ではかなり安く泊まることができる。
・飲み屋街を突っ切る必要はあるが、池袋駅から徒歩10分弱の好立地。

Cons:

・カードキーは未普及のため鍵で扉を開けることとなる。外出時には鍵を預ける必要があるため若干のタイムロスが発生。
・部屋が暑すぎる。デフォルトが暑い上にエアコン設定を変えられないため窓を開けての温度調整が必須。しかしながらすぐ横を首都高が走っているため窓を開けるとうるさく、窓を開けたまま寝るのは難しい。
・加湿器がほぼ機能しない。古い型のためミストがほぼ出ない上にうるさい。正直ケトルでお湯を沸かしてフタを開けて置いた方が有用。なお、加湿器は常設のアメニティではないためフロントに借りに行く必要がある。

Pros:

I choose Ikebukuro which is a little bit far from center of city, because we travel Tokyo many times.
we took direct shuttle bus (book in advanced) from airport to Ikebukuro station. it takes around 1:30 hrs.
The hotel located near Sunshine city center,department store, etc. Its convenience to get other places.
If you travelled tokyo many times, I highly recommended this hotel. it's the value of money : )

Pros:

シングルで予約しておりましたが当日に広いお部屋が空いておりますと言われ案内していただきました。夜遅かったので広いお部屋はゆっくり出来てとても嬉しかったです。スタッフの方々もとても親切で優しく接していただき有難うございました。お部屋、ロビー他清掃がしっかりされていてとても気持ち良く過ごせました。東京へ来る際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思いました。

ちいかわパークからとても近く、リーズナブルでおすすめです。
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェのメニューが豊富で、朝ごはんでおなかをたくさん満たすことができました。
旅行の食事では味の濃い偏ったメニューになりがちですが、このホテルの朝食では子どもたちが焼き魚をとても気に入り、おいしい！と言いながら食べ、ご飯がよくすすんでいました。

乾燥が気になる時期でしたが、フロントで加湿器を貸していただいたり、各階に氷や水、お茶のサーバーがあるのは、もらいにいきやすくてありがたかったです。
エレベーターのボタンが非接触仕様で、まだまだ感染症が心配な時期でも安心できる設備でした。

他にも、近隣の駐車場を何件かピックアップした地図のコピーをいただけて助かりました。

ちいかわパークが徒歩で行ける距離にあることと、
宿泊するとサンシャイン水族館の割引チケットがフロントで購入できるので、おすすめです！

Cons:

近隣に居酒屋が多いので、窓を開けて換気をすると、お店の匂いが少し入ってきてしまいます　笑

Hotel is located in the perfect spot for a good price!
Pros:

Location is amazing. Once you leave the hotel you are in the heart of Ikebukuro.

Cons:

They use physical keys and you need to give your key to the staff behind the desk every time you leave. For me that is not really a problem. But just be aware of this.

受験で利用するにはリーズナブルでとても良いです
Pros:

大学入試のため宿泊。自習室があり、そこにお茶やアメも用意されていました。
ティッシュには『合格』と書かれていたり、ホワイトボードに応援メッセージがあったり、チェックアウトの後も使わせていただけました。
駅にも近くて受験生の味方になってくれるホテルです。

Cons:

部屋の空調が調節しにくく、暑かった。
2回利用したが、角部屋の時は部屋が狭かった。

便利で快適
Pros:

息子が受験でお世話になりました。駅から近いこと、朝ごはんが食べられること、そのほか受験生向けサービスはありがたかったです。空調も寒くも暑くもなく、アメニティも充分でした。

Cons:

宿泊者でなかったため、親が部屋に上がれなかったこと。ちょっと見てみたかったです。
