Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, and it offers on-site parking. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Cons:

Unfortunately, two issues significantly affected my overall experience.

First, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found strands of hair on the furniture, which was disappointing and suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival.

Second, I was disappointed by the way some of the breakfast staff treated guests. During my stay, they appeared noticeably warmer and more welcoming toward European guests, while guests from the Middle East were treated in a much colder and less courteous manner. Even a simple “Good morning” was often omitted, with the first question being our room number. This difference in treatment was very noticeable and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I sincerely hope the hotel management investigates this matter and ensures that every guest is treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and hospitality, regardless of their background or nationality.

Pros:

Blisko do jeziora, bardzo dobre śniadania, urozmaicone, rowery wypożyczenie gratis, darmowy parking. Duży plus dla obsługi restauracji że na niadania mogłam wchodzić z pieskiem oczywiście w wydzielone miejsce. Nie musiałam jej zostawiać w ogóle w pokoju aby się poruszać po hotelu. Hotel godny polecenia

Cons:

trochę mało wokół zielonych terenów aby wyjść z pieskiem rano na siku. Sam beton. Dopiero nad jeziorem ale tam też sa wydzielone miejsca . To jednak dobre było na popołudniowe spacery.

Werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war okay, der Kaffee miserabel!
Wurst und Schinken waren nicht gekühlt!
Saft musste man selber pressen!

Cons:

Dass der 2 Aufzug während des gesamten Aufenthalts, 22.06.26-26.06.26 außer Betrieb war.
Daher Wartezeiten bis zu 10 Minuten da die Zimmerdamen den 1 Aufzug auch benutzen mussten.

Pros:

Our stay at Garda suite for 5 days has been wonderful. The hotel is lovely, clean and situated a little way back from the lake. We had a suite with a lake view and the room was lovely. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Daniela on reception was extremely helpful. We were there celebrating our anniversary and were left a bottle and chocolates from the hotel.

Cons:

It’s situated a little back from the lake on a busy road so even though you have a view of the lake the road in front is unfortunately quite noisy. That said. Perfect location for lake and town centre.

Ekkert, hótelið er í fimmtán mínútna göngufjarlægð frá miðbæ.

The staff, really everyone bar none were so impressive….Bravo!
Our room was a suite and it’s very comfortable.
Our room was at the back of the hotel which we liked as it’s much quieter than facing the main road.
The location is excellent.

Cons:

We like to relax out on our balcony, mornings before breakfast, in the afternoon’s after being out and about and then on return that night after dinner. But sadly our balcony was tiny and we had two balcony’s. If a balcony is not important to you well definitely stay at this hotel, it’s fantastic. But it would be a deal breaker for us and so we would look elsewhere when returning to Riva del Garda.
Balcony measures : 100 cm at widest point and 50cm at narrowest point.
Our room was a suite.
The views of the mountains from the balcony are fabulous…… but that balcony!
