La struttura esterna sembra carina e accogliente ed è vicino al lago.

Cons:

Non è sicuramente un 4 stelle, le camere sono poco curate, nella nostra stanza c’erano anche le formiche. Abbiamo richiesto una culla per il nostro bambino di tre mesi e ci hanno messo in camera un letto da campeggio. La colazione davvero deludente, le bevande sono tutte della macchinetta e hanno solo opzioni standard ( no decaffeinato, no opzioni senza lattosio. La cena davvero pessima, un buffet di bassa qualità. Non ci tornerei assolutamente.

Staff superbo e allegro, sempre disponibile e cortese. La posizione è centrale per visitare altri luoghi come Siena (a circa un ora di macchina), Gubbio, Assisi e Perugia. Il top sono le piscine: una più bassa adatta per bambini piccoli e una più alta. Ogni giorno veniva o cambiati tutti gli asciugamani. Ampio parcheggio. Colazione e cena a buffet, con ampia e buona qualità del cibo. Vino e acqua compreso nel prezzo.

Cons:

La camera è un po' retrò e un po' piccola. Armadio a vista.

Pros:

Mooi hotel, prachtig zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Het gezellige centrum van Passignano is op loopafstand.

La piscina vale tutto il costo del soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel molto grande a circa 800 MT dal centro di Passignano. Al check in rimani subito incantato dalle due piscine immerse nel verde con sdraio e lettini tra gli alberi. Ci ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile e professionale. La stanza era pulita e fresca col condizionatore acceso, il letto comodo e affaccio sul parcheggio dove vedevamo la nostra auto. Le cose che non ho gradito sono state 3: L' impossibilità di stendere gli asciugamani e i costumi bagnati, il frigobar vuoto che neanche refrigerava e la cena.....una gran delusione! si salvavano solo gli antipasti freddi e i dolci. Pasta scotta ed insapore, secondi piatti anche, così come i contorni caldi. La carne non si poteva mangiare perché era tutto osso. Per la colazione invece nulla da ridire.

Mi è piaciuta la professionalità del personale, i servizi forniti, l'abbondanza e la bontà dei buffet (colazione e cena) e la piscina.

La stanza, seppur vista lago e tutto sommato fornita del necessario, mi è sembrata piccola e poco rifinita per il contesto di qualità in cui veniva inserita.
