La zona esterna all’albergo e le zone intorno alla piscina sono favolose e molto curate!
Il buffet sia a colazione che a cena molto ricco, con ampia scelta e cibo buonissimo!

Overpriced, NOT a 4 star hotel with unhelpful and unfriendly staff

Nice pool and outdoor seating - good location, close to restaurants, bars and the lake.

Cons:

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers — just a very basic room with no real amenities except a pool. The staff were so unhelpful, and communication was difficult due to language barriers, which made even simple requests frustrating. They informed my friend the morning of her flight on a Sunday that there were 'no taxi's available' and sent her to the local train station despite their being no trains until 3pm. Surely a local hotel receptionist would know that and want to help their guests? They do not go out of their way to help you despite the hotel lacking basic offerings.

Breakfast was extremely limited and only served until 10am, with no flexibility for late arrivals. The buffet included scrambled eggs, bacon, cold ham and cheese, and a small selection of bread, pastries, and yoghurts. Overall, it lacked variety and felt poor in quality.

Facilities were disappointing. There was no iron available, which is especially surprising during wedding season—most 3-star hotels provide this as a standard. We ended up having to buy one from a shop across the street.

The hotel itself feels outdated and lacks modern comforts. The lift was painfully slow, and the overall condition of the building was tired and worn.

Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza. Le camere sono accoglienti, ben curate e molto pulite. Il vero punto di forza, però, è la ristorazione: colazione e cena sono state eccellenti. Al mattino un buffet ricco con prodotti freschi e torte fatte in casa, mentre la sera abbiamo gustato piatti tipici umbri preparati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. Il tutto accompagnato da un servizio attento e cordiale.
