Buona posizione x visitare il paese.
Lontano dalla strada principale, è molto tranquillo.
All'arrivo il frigo in camera era vuoto, con un biglietto con scritto di rivolgersi in reception x le bevande; l'aria condizionata era spenta e la stanza calda.
Da un albero a 4 stelle ci si aspetta un servizio più attento.
Buona la colazione.

Struttura Fantastica
Pros:

Il servizio del buffet eccezionale, tutti di una gentilezza e professionalita' estrema, spazi comuni ampi e staff disponibilissimo.
Piscina meravigliosa con ombrelloni e lettini per tutti.
Pulizia in tutti gli ambienti.
E' il terzo anno che torniamo perche' ci sentiamo come a casa nostra!

Bellissimo hotel 4 stelle in caseggiato tradizionale con due piscine immerse tra gli ulivi. Ottima cena a buffet con personale molto professionale e accogliente. Camere spaziose con bella vista sul vicino lago Trasimeno. Comodo parcheggio limitrofo.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es war alles vorhanden, von Rührei, Toast, Brot, frisches Obst und auch aus der Dose, Joghurt, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Säfte und super Kaffee (da habe ich nichts anderes erwartet!)
Zimmer war geräumig, mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, völlig in Ordnung.
Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhig, mit Pool und schnell war die kleine Innenstadt des Ortes erreichbar, mit vielen Cafes, Bar und Restaurants.

Cons:

Mit har nicht gefallen, dass der Pool am späten Nachmittag zu zeitig geschlossen wird. (was ich überhaupt nicht verstehe einen Pool zu schließen)
Es waren 39 grad und die Gäste möchten bei diesen Temperaturen sehr gern ins Wasser. Auch für Gäste die nach 18 Uhr anreisen, ist das etwas was überhaupt nicht geht. In den Monaten, wo es die längsten Tage sind und die Temperaturen am heißesten sind. Darüber sollte bitte die Hoteldirektion nochmal nachdenken.
