E' una struttura bellissima, una vera abbazia, in una posizione che regala scorci bellissimi e con personale cortese e attento. La nostra camera era grande e per quanto fosse organizzata su due livelli (sotto il bagno, sopra la camera con i letti) era tutto ben pensato e confortevole.
La colazione è buona e viene fatta attorno al chiostro, ma le bevande calde fatte alla macchinetta sono atroci. Il caffè è dolciastro e il cappuccino super liquido. C'è bisogno di un cambio di approccio per una struttura del genere..
Il resort è posizionato in una location tranquilla e ben posizionata al centro dell'Umbria.
La struttura ha un fascino storico e non manca di servizi atti a garantire il relax degli ospiti.
La spa, in particolare, può essere prenotata con cadenza oraria da un massimo di 4 persone al fine di garantire il massimo confort e fruibilità dei suoi servizi.
Il personale è molto professionale e preparato.
Giorgio, il Maître del ristorante, merita una menzione a parte.

Staff gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La location e' molto bella (meglio che in foto). La SPA privata e' da provare (piscina idro con affaccio su parco..). Colazione ottima e abbondante. Ps pet friendly!
L’Abbazia Collemedio Resort & SPA è un’oasi di pace immersa nelle colline umbre. Camere confortevoli, SPA rilassante, cucina di ottima qualità e altrettanto la colazione. Un valore aggiunto fondamentale è la straordinaria ospitalità dei gestori, del personale sempre presenti, cordiali e attenti a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Perfetto per una fuga romantica e di relax. Consigliatissimo.
