Bello, ma attenzione!
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, anche il panorama molto carino.

Cons:

Pulizia discreta, in un hotel da 4 stelle ci si aspetta un ambiente super pulito, ma purtroppo non lo era (pavimenti sporchi). Inoltre, DA FARE ATTENZIONE AL PERSONALE DELLE PULIZIE. Ci siamo ritrovati in camera una figura delle pulizie che aveva sbagliato ad entrare (forse pensava che non fosse occupata). È una cosa che, personalmente, ha generato ansia perchè non ci si aspetta che qualcuno posso entrare da un momento all'altro...

Bellissimo albergo a Riva del Garda
Pros:

Partiamo dalla camera: bella, spaziosa, dotata di tutto ciò che serve, bagno e doccia in particolare fantastici. La struttura ha tutto: parcheggio sotterraneo riservato, piscina interna riscaldata con sauna e bagno turco, una piccola palestra ed un bellissimo spazio con biliardi, tavolo da ping pong, calcio balilla e area bimbi attrezzatissima. Il ristorante è top: a cena abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ma la colazione è super top! Buffet dolce e salato con tutto quello che potete immaginare, più lo chef che ti prepara crepe e omelette sul momento.

Cons:

L'unica pecca, per la quale non ho dato il massimo punteggio alla struttura, è la pulizia della camera, decisamente migliorabile. Non pulitissimo il pavimento e un pò di polvere sui mobili, soprattutto sul telecomando della tv.

Ne è valsa la pena
Pros:

Pressoché tutto: ambienti puliti, personale gentile, colazione e cena ottime e abbondanti, bei locali, buona posizione, parcheggio privato, servizi d'intrattenimento (biliardo, calciobalilla, ping pong). Poi non l'ho provata ma la spa si può vedere e sembrava niente male, la piscina esterna non era ancora utilizzabile ma era già piena e ben tenuta ed infine c'è la palestra: non l'ho vista ma ne ho sentito parlare bene... mica male.

Cons:

L'unica critica, giusto per farne una e del tutto personale e opinabile, è molto grande per i miei gusti, ma era comunque molto ben organizzato e, considerata la posizione e la località, ci sta che sia così.
