our stay is memorable thanks to the hotel and it's wonderful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. the variety of choices, the quality of their food, and the services that came with all that is exceptional. The location is amazing, a few hundred meters from the lake and from major services.

Cons:

The only thing is the gym. the machines need attention, and the few machines that are there are in a crowded area.

Schönes Hotel am Gardasee

Sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant und an den Hotel Bars. Sehr gute Küche mit grossem Salat-Buffet. Kurzer Weg zum See.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren etwas zu klein. Wir hatten nach einem größerem Zimmer gefragt, ein Wechsel war wegen der Hotelauslastung nicht möglich.

Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Der Pool

Cons:

Es kamen jeden Tag Busse, die Gäste blieben teilweise nur 1 Tag, Aufzüge waren dadurch ständig blockiert.
Wir waren im 5. Stock, da musste man ständig die Treppe nehmen.
Gestern wurde zum Beispiel das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt. Handtücher zum Duschen wurden daher nicht gewechselt.

Mussten selbst dann saubere Handtücher besorgen.

Beim Frühstück wurde am Nebentisch das Kind gestillt.
