Comfortable room, breakfast stayed below expectations
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bed sheets were super cozy.

Cons:

The breakfast was... well French. It's a question of taste of course. There was eggs, bacon, roasted vegetables (that I found great), croissants, pain au chocolat, some cheeses and hams, some muesli and joghurt, and some fruit salad. For the price I would have expected a little more though.

Some of the staff spoke only little English, but you can manage.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : Très peu de produits. Choses plutôt banales pour un 4 étoiles. Dans certains hôtels 2* le petit déjeuner est nettement mieux. En plus la machine à café était en panne et il a fallu attendre plusieurs heures pour qu’une vieille cafetière soit mise en route. Enfin faire payer 15 euros pour utiliser le spa…..

L’emplacement idéal , très bonne isolation phonique, qualité de la literie.

Accueillie par un monsieur très agréable et serviable. Du vrai service !
En hyper centre de Brest mais calme.

Cons:

Prestations d’un 3 * pour les chambres individuelles. Peut-être les autres sont-elles mieux équipées et plus récentes.
Oreillers qui méritaient d’être lavés…

Un peu déçue cette fois-ci pour un hôtel 4 étoiles…

Cons:

Lit de 140 pour un couple - un peu petit, surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
Chambre préparée pour une personne - il a fallu réclamer un jeu de serviettes supplémentaires, une carte supplémentaire.
Service de chambre minimum le lundi de Pâques - pas de réassort de papier toilette.
Cartes démagnétisées et système pour réinitialiser en panne
Petit-déjeuner : certains morceaux de pain n’étaient pas du jour le mardi (ce n’était pas un jour férié et les boulangerie étaient ouvertes).
Plusieurs petits couacs me laissant penser que les 4 étoiles ne sont plus justifiées - c’était mon deuxième séjour mais j’ai été un peu déçue cette fois-ci.
