I like the hotel, and the location is really good.
I didn't have luck with the room because I got the room next to the reception😅, and but the rest was perfect and I will be back for the other opportunity.
Hot drinks were a lovely surprise and totally delicious. Staff were really accomodating, warm and helpful. Bathroom was a decent size, great shower and plenty of towels were made available. Fans to keep us cool were also in the room, which we made use of. We were surprised that room service came even though we only stayed for 2 nights. This was also welcomed. The Hotel were happy to store our cases on our final day so we could explore Montmartre some more before our afternoon train back home.
The light shade looked like it needed to be straightened and we think we could see dust from the outside when light switched on. We struggled operate t.v. and switch the language (in saying this we could have asked the staff and I'm sure they would have advised further).
Definitely nothing like the online pictures! We thought it would be a cute boutique like hotel. It needs a refub! Staff v nice tho
Belle chambre + fonctionnelle, établissement bien placé par rapport au métro (ligne 13) et différents fast-food et restaurants.
Le bruit car mal isolé et rue très animée le soir (en face du moulin rouge), odeur des wc, le savons pour les mains/shampoing et gel douche est le même ce qui est inadmissible de plus il est de mauvaise qualité (jaune fluo et asséchant)
Au vu des prix des petits déjeuners, pas du tout qualitatif, pas assez de choix, et très médiocre et vu le prix de la chambre l’isolation des fenêtres c’est pas vraiment ça on entend tout, quartier très bruyant

l agencement de la baignoire avec cette vitre qui vous empeche d ouvrir le robinet de la baignoire, l eau qui est soit trop chaude soit trop froide
le petit dejeuner etait limite. Le serveur prepare de trop petites quantités plusieurs fois (alors que le dejeuner se fait sur reservation)
La atención, y la cama era muy cómoda
Solo mejoraría poner otro tipo de ventilador en verano, porque hace mucho calor
