My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The first day was quite disappointing because the room I was assigned was very poor. It was extremely hot, humid, and there was no fan or proper ventilation. The situation was uncomfortable enough that I had to borrow a fan from the reception desk.
Fortunately, the following day the staff moved me to a different room, which was much better and made the rest of my stay far more pleasant. I truly appreciate the hotel's staff for their willingness to help and for finding a solution to the problem.
The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for visiting Paris. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. However, the facilities and room conditions need improvement, as the quality of the accommodations was inconsistent.
Overall, I would rate the hotel positively for its location and customer service, but the facilities are fairly average and could be upgraded to provide a more comfortable experience.
Good sized room for me and 2 kids, fans helping with the heat, great luggage storage when before checkin and after checkout

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, il faut aimer l'animation
Pas de climatisation dans les chambres en RDC mais il y avait des ventilateurs

The location exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was as described—clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. We were also warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the staff made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
We believed that we had booked our stay with breakfast included. However, at check-out, we were informed that breakfast was not included in our reservation and that we would need to pay for it separately.
Although the charge came as a surprise, we never refused to pay. We simply asked for a moment to check our reservation on our phone to make sure there hadn't been any misunderstanding before making the payment.
Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was extremely rude and completely unnecessary. Before we had even finished checking the reservation details, he impatiently insisted that we pay immediately and became visibly irritated, even though we had not argued about the charge or caused any inconvenience. We were simply trying to verify the information before paying. After we completed the payment, he continued to treat us rudely.
This happened during our check-out on **July 20th, at approximately 6:00 a.m.** We mention the date and time because we hope hotel management can identify the employee involved. We would also like to emphasize that **all the other staff members we interacted with during our stay were friendly, professional, and welcoming**. Our complaint is directed solely at the receptionist who assisted us that morning.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel very much. However, this experience at check-out overshadowed what had otherwise been a very positive stay. It was deeply disappointing that the behavior of a single employee could leave us with such a negative final impression. Sadly, this incident has made us reconsider whether we would stay here again or recommend the hotel to others.
