Schönes Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, das in knapp 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar ist.
Freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und wird sehr sauber gehalten. Grosszügiges Frühstückbüffet mit frischen Produkten aus der Region. Auch das Essen in den Restaurants hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze und eine E-Ladestation sind auch vorhanden.

Fantastic hotel with warm welcoming lots of activities and perfect for families

Ein wundervolles Hotel direkt am Rande von Gstaad. Das Flussrauschen begleitet die ganze Nacht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon direkt in die Berge ist umwerfend. Zimmer ist sauber. Das Hotelrestaurant hat eine gute Küche und viel Auswahl.

We stayed at one of the apartments and loved everything about it. The hotel treats guests in a special way; the spa, the food, the kindness of employees, all are great.
The hotel is located in a quiet street with good parking and close to hiking routes.
We will go back to this hotel soon.

We have not stayed in the hotel, but dined in the restaurant. We have been coming to Gstaad for more than 40 years now and from time to time we have dinner at Arc-en-ciel. The food itself was good, but the service is a disaster.
It started when we politely asked for another table because it was very warm where we were seated. The managers spoke "too warm, too cold, it is never good". That's not exactly what I expect if I ask like that.
On the menu it clearly indicates that the dishes come with a choice of fries, rice or rosti AND vegetables. The vegetables were not there, so we asked them, thinking they were forgotten. However on the invoice they had added it as "extra" and charged, whereas it was clearly on the menu.
The most annoying thing however was the toblerone mousse which they charged for a higher price than what is indicated on the menu. In proper English one would call that "cheating".
We will think again before visiting the restaurant of Arc-en-Ciel again. There dozens of other restaurants in the area where service is much better.

This by far has been our best experience in staying at Hotel’s in Europe. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was kept ready with rose petal’s like for honeymooners 😊😊. We were initially bit apprehensive obout the Swiss hospitality at hotels, specially toward Indians but here at the hotel we were well received and welcomed. The Hotel also arranged for our pick up and drop from nearest Gstaad station. The hotel is owned by a family and we met one of the finest and amazing owners: Amina & Tim. They hosted us in evening for snacks and drinks and really took good care of us. Highly recommend property and amazing place where most of the DDLJ movie was shot. The location is excellent almost walking distance to the Promenade ( Town market), bus stops and railway station

In true Swiss tradition, this hotel does not disappoint…it is welcoming, comfortable with knowledgable staff to suggest and guide you to the various attractions and facilities. Breakfast is sumptious, and dinner always delicious. The room was very comfortable with a great view when visibility was good.

This is my second time staying here. I love it. The Staff is amazing.

We came to Gstaad to celebrate a birthday event with friends. This hotel was on their list of "recommended" hotels.
Nice smiles at reception and friendly introduction, but a hotel lives from hard and software.
Here the hardware is totally deficient. Superior room, the most expensive room category before the suites. Motel-like room, Ikea style furniture, miniscule bathroom and a fabulous view on the parking lot. Ground floor terrace. Main street to the ski lift. Without drawn curtains and sitting in the dark, everybody can look straight into the room. This is the worst reality check I have encountered in my 60 years of worldwide traveling. No, absolutely no relationship with the website. Either we have been ripped off and we received a massive downgrade or the website is a total scam.
Uncomfortable beds and badly isolated walls.
We are counting the hours to be able to leave this place.

Upon arrival to Gstaad train Station, our hotel was waiting to pick us up. The hotel is a little off the beaten path (not within the promenade) but is about a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade. Our room was clean and quiet and hotel staff were friendly and caring. A big ‘thank you’ to Ferran and Francesco!

Great service, hotel is nice and very good to take!

My room was located at the side of the hotel, overlooking the river. It was delightful to open my balcony door and hear the sound of running water filling my room (to be clear it was the sound that came into my room, not the water itself). Inside, the room was spacious and had a style sitting somewhere between Scandinavian and Swiss alpine.

The hotel is on the edge of town and provides ready access to the surrounding countryside, including a pathway by the aforementioned river.

I had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were good and there is a nice outdoor area to dine in, weather permitting. All of the staff that I encountered at the hotel were professional and welcoming. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay in charming Gstaad.

Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely comfortable stay here. Had my favourite pizza in the restaurant. We are travelling with a dog who was made very welcome with a mat, dog bowl, ball and treats which was a lovely gesture. We will be back. We have stayed here several times.

Lovely spot in Gstaad - very friendly service and great location

It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price
