Altijd goed, echter sommige kamers zijn toe aan een opknapbeurt

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtformule; zeer goede bedden, ruime badkamer

Cons:

Kamer was versleten. Vuile uitgerafelde gordijnen, geribbelde vloerbekleding, kapotte badkamerdeur, ventilator vol met stof..... normaal gezien zijn we zeer tevreden van de superior kamers, de laatste keer viel de kamer tegen (toe aan renovatie).

Pros:

Het is een oud hotel dus dan weet je wel een beetje wat je kunt verwachten. Het was erg warm, de zon stond op de ramen en de verarming stond aan. We hebben dit gemeld en ze hebben er naar gekeken. Helaas hielp dat niet en uiteindelijk kregen we een andere kamer. Het was echt niet uit te houden in de eerste kamer.

De ramen in de eetzaal heel vuil !!! Gordijnen in kamer en restaurant hingen los en waren stuk ! De receptie was er een vrouw onvriendelijk en zij je hebt niet betaald !! Duurde hele tijd , ik was s’avonds in gecheckt bij héél vriendelijke jonge heer en alles was ok ! Bleek het achteraf om de 6€ toeristen taks te gaan !!! Ondertussen in de lobby wachtende mensen en verwarring ! Zij stond ook eerst met vriendin te praten en liet ons wachten …!!! Ik ben altijd heel vriendelijk en heb respect voor mensen in horeca maar deze dame doet haar werk met tegenzin ! Spijtig ! Dit is jullie ontvangst … geef mij maar de jongeman van s’avonds die heel vriendelijk en verwelkomend was ! Ook jullie terras , spijtig is ZO mooi maar de oude lantaarns zijn in geen weken gestoft, op de grond heel veel viezigheid ! Ook maar 1 ( wel zeer lieve vrouw ) in de ontbijt ruimte gezien ! Spijtig !!! Wel waren de bedden heerlijk , het linnengoed top en de badkamer ook mooi en praktisch!

Pros:

Der Ort Sluis war sehr schön und war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Hotelzimmer abgewohnt. Überall Staub.
Schäden und Schimmel im Bad und Fenstern.
Kein deutsches TV was uns nicht störte.
Roomservice hat nur die Handtücher gewechselt Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Laure Straße und Baustelle direkt an unserem Fenster. Preis für das Zimmer absolut überteuert und nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir werden dort nie wieder hinfahren.

Idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Nice location with clean rooms and good breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful location, I loved the view from our balcony. Rooms and interior outdated. But it's well maintained. Good breakfast and close to Sluis and St Anna.

I wished i could have stayed a little longer.

Casino dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot, mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Manque la climatisation dans les chambres pour un 4 étoiles.

Te warm voor woorden.
Pros:

Locatie was voor ons ideaal. In principe heel bruikbaar.

Cons:

Kamers op het zuiden en met direct invallend zonlicht hebben zonwering aan de buitenkant nodig. En air-conditioning. De kamers 118 en 117 hadden dat niet. De geïmproviseerde ventilator zette geen zoden aan de dijk, begaf het zelfs na een aantal uren draaien. Gevolg: een bloedhete kamer, die beter niet in gebruik had moeten zijn. Die afweging moet het hotelmanagement nog eens maken, om negatieve ervaringen te voorkomen en herhaalbezoeken te faciliteren.
