De dame aan het onthaal was top.
We hadden buiten ons weten blijkbaar een kleine kamer geboekt, wat blijkbaar wel heel klein bleek te zijn.
De dame maakte ons daarop attent bij het inchecken .
We hebben direct een andere kamer kunnen nemen zonder enig probleem.
Niet veel die dat zouden doen .

Cons:

Séjour très décevant. La propreté de la chambre laissait clairement à désirer : poussière visible, sanitaires insuffisamment nettoyés et une impression générale de négligence.

Le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous non plus, avec des équipements vétustes et usés, qui auraient besoin d’un sérieux renouvellement.

Concernant le personnel, l’accueil est resté plutôt froid et peu attentif, ce qui n’a pas contribué à améliorer l’expérience.

Enfin, le tarif de la chambre est totalement disproportionné au vu des prestations proposées. Le rapport qualité-prix est, à mon sens, très mauvais.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en l’état.
