Peaceful countryside stay with beautiful natural surroundings
Pros:

The resort is located about 2.5 km from Boekelo town and around 9–10 km from Enschede. It is situated in the middle of a forest, surrounded by small holiday houses and peaceful resting areas.

The countryside scenery — with open fields, trees, and roads passing through the forest — creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The resort is well connected to nearby highways, and the roads are in excellent condition. There is plenty of free parking available on-site.

The nearest public transport (bus stop) is about 2 km away, so having a car is highly recommended.

Comfy hotel room + sauna facilities
Pros:

Clean room with a comfy bed and a bath. There was a sauna at the hotel. Coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

There was very little space for relaxing in the mixed sauna (4-5 seats outside the saunas if I remember correctly), and you had to pay extra for using the sauna facilities. No tea in the room.

The apartments need an urgent update.
Pros:

The hotel part and restaurant are nice, the apartments are old and need an urgent renewal.

The apartment was old and old fashioned and the showercurtain was very dirty

mooie omgeving

Cons:

het is erg gehorig, er was een bruiloft en de gasten hebben nogal voor overlast gezorgd.
ik weet ook niet of jullie bewust zijn van het feit dat de trap nogal doordreunt in de kamer?
ik kom uit omgeving rotterdam en had dit hotel geboekt om uitgerust aan mijn training te kunnen beginnen, dat viel flink tegen

Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en voorzieningen zoals een zwembad, enz.
Pros:

De kamer was erg schoon en het ontbijt was uitgebreid! Het schoonmaakpersoneel was ook vriendelijk!(kamer 126/127)

Zoiets bestond niet.

Is okay maar niks luxe

Rustige ligging, ontbijt en prijs

Cons:

Accomodatie oogt gedateerd; meubels op hotelkamer zijn versleten; badkamer gedateerd; bed was wel goed; door harde vloeren veel contactgeluiden in de nacht en vroege ochtend.
Restaurant heeft hoge prijzen en vond ik niet gezellig; zag er ook gedateerd uit.

Om 1730u stond er nog een stofzuiger in de gang naar de kamers :-( en die stond er na een uurtje nog.

Maar daardoor klopte overnachting van prijs kwaliteit wel.
