I enjoyed it. Very traditional but good hotel.
Pros:

Location, stuff, cleanliness.

Cons:

Strong smell of curry in the corridor and tap water is not drinkable. I had to buy water from the store. Should change the floor mats. It is old, shabby and faded.

An excellent, well priced place to stay when setting out or returning from an overseas holiday.
Pros:

We arrived quite late but were welcomed warmly and check in procedure went quickly and smoothly. Reception recommended a place to eat breakfast which was excellent.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything, we only stayed overnight.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal im Stadtzentrum und dem Hauptbahnhof. 50 % des Personals hat sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend agiert. Sie haben Anfragen für Reservationen und den Ausdruck von Dateien sehr speditiv und freundlich übernommen.

Cons:

Ad Personal "was hat Ihnen gefallen" aber wir nur 50 % als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ausgeführt. 50 % nein, weil gemäss Buchung haben wir ein Doppelzimmer mit Sicht auf die Stadt bestellt. Zugewiesen wurde uns ein Zimmer ohne Fenster/Sicht auf die Stadt bzw. es war ein Zugang zu einem hausinternen "Innenhof". Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie für die gebuchte Kategorie Doppelzimmer nie ein Angebot mit Stadtblick hätten. Auf Druck unsererseits, wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Balkon auf die Strassenseite im gleichen Stock gezeigt und versprochen, das dann am Abend als nicht reserviert doch nicht bezogen werden konnte. Auf Drängen auf ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick erhielten wir dann im 2. Stock ein kleineres weniger komfortables Doppelzimmer mit Balkon auf die Strassenseite. Den uns versprochenen Umzug unseres Gepäcks mussten wir schlussendlich über einen Aufbewahrungsraum und ins Hotelzimmer selber übernehmen. Alles andere als kundenfreundlich oder gebuchte Übernachtung.

Comfortable and good value
Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs.
Walking distance to train station, malls
and free city bus right outside. Lots of varied eating places very close. I didn’t eat at hotel as I arrived late and left early. Staff friendly, very helpful and efficient. Room was spotless.

Cons:

Only thing missing was there were no tea making facilities in my single room. Maybe the bigger rooms have them I should have asked.

Was a great stay for concert in city. Room was clean
Pros:

location was great and only a short walk to RAC arena for the concert we attended.
Room was clean. Aircon was great after room cooled down.

we had left a item of clothing behind and it was never found .
