Cons:

Needed some updating as some wall paper was peeling
Tap dripped and toilet seemed to constantly flush
Very thin walls and could constantly here the neighbours

Cons:

Even though I had a booking number and welcome email, when I rang to confirm, days before arriving, I was told there was no booking. Nothing would cause the staff to recheck so I stayed elsewhere. Totally unreliable

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel is close to many attractions, the train station, the airport, the US Consulate, restaurants, Woolworths, Kmart, gift shops, and many other useful places. It is very easy to get around from here, especially for solo travellers. The room was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Everything was good overall. One small suggestion would be to include a few more refreshments and essentials in the room package, such as milk, sugar, toothpaste, and a few water bottles. This would make the stay even more convenient and comfortable.
