Only individual bookings are permitted. Bookings of more than 5 rooms will be considered group bookings.

The hotel reserves the right to apply up to a 30% rate increase and special cancelation and payment policies for groups.

Please note that the access to Thermal Zone has an additional charge of EUR 5 per person/hour and includes: access to the thermo-dynamic pool (2 hydro-massage beds, 1 cascading water, 2 hot tub and counter-current), sauna and Turkish bath and 1 towel - The use of cap and slippers is required. Access is only allowed to children older than 4 years, limited to a specific time and accompanied by an adult.

Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Friday from 14:00 until 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 until 20:00.

Mejoraría la moqueta y quitaría la bañera, esta vez la chica d la limpieza nos encendió el aspirador en la habitacion contigua, a las 8 30,pero reconozco, q nunca me habia pasado, el spa muy frío,aunque es cierto q no me cobraron,me da q ya no es un problema de ahora

Gute Lage des Hotels, nettes Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück
Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend, zwar täglich das selbe aber trotzdem alles vorhanden, auch laktosefreie und vegetarische Produkte. Glutenfreie Cornflackes
Besonders schön fand ich dass der Außenpool im Oktober noch genutzt werden konnte da er beheizt war

Im Bad mehr Möglichkeiten für was abzustellen oder aufzuhängen.
Toilettenpapier wurde erst auf nachfragen aufgefüllt
Dass die Putzfrau einfach die Pfandflaschen mitnimmt die im Schrank stehen

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, el personal atento, sobretodo el personal de sala en el restaurante a la hora del desayuno; buen buffet de desayuno, cama muy comoda.

En las habitaciones no hay luz; o por lo menos en la que me tocó a mi, tienen unos cuantos puntos de luz indirecta en los cabeceros de las camas que no son suficientes para iluminar la habitación. Desde las 7:30/8:00 en penumbra, cenar en la habitación o jugar un poco con el niño fue imposible. Hacia frio en la habitación, tienen un sitema de aire centralizado para todo el hotel (fue la explicación que nos dieron) y como todavia no es invierno el aire que sale es frio, no hay posibilidad de ponerlo caliente. O lo apagas o sale frio. Y por último, ibamos con intención de aprovechar el spa y además de que el horario es bastante limitado (entre semana solo de tarde) el agua estaba helada, 28 grados el dia que que estaba mas caliente. Fue una decepción

Hotel má pěkný výhled na oceán a pláže. Snídaně byl výborná a personál se snažil. Hotelový bazén byl příjemný.

Hotel a vybavení je již staršího data a je to znát. Chodby hotelu a pokoje jsou velmi temné a to se mi moc nelíbilo. Údajně při našem pobytu nefungovala klimatizace, ale myslím si, že je to tam standard, že nefunguje. Díky tomu jsme museli na noc otevírat okno a poslouchat do 6 rána hlasitou hudbu z baru s diskotékou, který byl přes cestu naproti. Na to jak je to drahý hotel, tak jej nedoporučuji.
