Only individual bookings are permitted. Bookings of more than 5 rooms will be considered group bookings.

The hotel reserves the right to apply up to a 30% rate increase and special cancelation and payment policies for groups.

Please note that the access to Thermal Zone has an additional charge of EUR 5 per person/hour and includes: access to the thermo-dynamic pool (2 hydro-massage beds, 1 cascading water, 2 hot tub and counter-current), sauna and Turkish bath and 1 towel - The use of cap and slippers is required. Access is only allowed to children older than 4 years, limited to a specific time and accompanied by an adult.

O atendimento tanto no bar, restaurante são péssimos.. Entrei no bar eram cerca das 20h e só se lembraram de me atender eram 20h45.. Estamos a falar que estavam naquele momento 3 pessoas ao serviço e estavam 7 pessoas a jantar naquele momento… E os funcionários passaram por mim, olharam para mim, viram que estava ali e nenhum veio abordar se queria tomar alguma coisa.
Fui jantar ao restaurante desilusão por completo, mais uma vez atendimento péssimo, peço para jantar uma coisa chega-me há mesa outra coisa completamente diferente..
No pequeno almoço, péssimo serviço, péssimo pequeno almoço não é digno de um 4* nada tem brio, nada tem gosto, buffet muito frio tudo muito disperso.
Desde que entrei no hotel até ao momento em que saí não vi o sorriso de nenhum dos funcionário com que me cruzei…
Sinceramente experiência, hotel, cadeia a não repetir
