L'appartamento a piano terra con ingresso privato era nuovo e molto bello. Era completo di ogni cosa per la cucina. I letti erano molto comodi.

Cons:

Extremme problem with parking during summer. Appartment at the groundfloor withou any nice view, appaetment nr.3 - walls covered with mold (batrhroom and one of bedroom), missing microwave.

Una specie di Hotel con i Vantaggi di un Residence e viceversa
Pros:

Per essere un Residence il fatto di avere un bar interno è un valore aggiunto . Possibilità di fare colazione a bordo piscina con servizio al tavolo
Struttura moderna / ordinata / ben tenuta e Pulita / Piano cottura a induzione / Forno / e Lavastoviglie
Appartamento veramente spazioso con ampio Balcone e uno più piccolo con la lavatrice
Discreta la Piscina
Ottima posizione vicinissimo al mare

Cons:

Unico neo il bagno Cieco senza Finestra
Un pò distante dal centro , servono le bici per raggiungerlo altrimenti a Piedi ci vogliono almeno 45 minuti ( 3.5 Km )

Great. Be aware they require 200 euro damage deposit and ac beach chair parking and final cleanup are all extra add ons.
Pros:

Wonderfully situated, accessible, beautiful pool. Washing machine and kitchenette with great balcony.

It’s ok for just one night

Did I like that everything has been just refurbished

Cons:

I didn’t like that if you need the air con you’ve to pay for it because it’s not include in the price, but I didn’t pay for it because being on the top floor and opening the windows the air could circulate itself so in this way the fresh air was all over the place

Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice and clean accommodation. Air conditioning, nice big swimming pool. Parking in the garage.

Cons:

Swimming pool was colder in the second half of the week. The jets in the pool under the Oltremare sign were not working. The water mushroom in the children's pool didn't work either:-( You have to wear a cap in the pool. This is unpleasant especially for women. We haven't encountered this in Italy for a long time. There is not much to see around it in the evening.

Everything was made straightforward and easy and nothing was an issue.
Pros:

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who made clear communication via e-mail re arrival and entry after Reception closed. Very warm welcome from staff next day.
