Os quartos necessitam de melhorias, a piscina encontrava-se com sinais de falta de manutenção e limpeza, e o pequeno-almoço foi muito dececionante: pouca variedade, máquina de sumos avariada e falta de reposição de vários produtos. Por exemplo, quando a fruta cortada terminou, a solução foi colocar apenas algumas bananas.

A piscina esteve fechada 3 dos 4 dias da estadia.
Não havia gelo em lado algum. Minha esposa aleijou-se e não conseguiu arranjar gelo.
O peq. Almoço tinha ovos feitos de pó.
Não tinha mini bar no quarto.
O piso á volta da piscina estava cheia de picos. Fartei-me de aleijar.
Entre o exterior e a receção tem um hall quentíssimo.
Não existe confiança a estacionar o carro.
Precisei duma extensão e não consegui no hotel.
A TV tinha canais que não funcionavam bem.
O corrimão dos quartos para a piscina todos ferrugentos.

I would like to formally submit a complaint regarding our stay at VILA PARK Nature & Business Hotel between 24 and 28 May 2026.

The full amount of the reservation (€735.60) was charged on 17/05. However, only on 22/05 were we informed that the hotel swimming pools would be unavailable during practically the entire duration of our stay due to maintenance works.

The swimming pool was one of the main facilities advertised and one of the key reasons for choosing this hotel. We therefore consider it unacceptable that such a significant change to the booking conditions was only communicated after full payment had already been taken.

Additionally, because the reservation was non-refundable, cancelling after receiving this information would have resulted in losing approximately €180 without even using any hotel service. In practice, we were left with no reasonable alternative:

either accept a stay significantly different from what had originally been advertised and booked;
or face a substantial financial penalty for cancelling.
It is also important to mention that, despite being informed that the swimming pool would be unavailable due to maintenance between 22 and 27 May, we verified that maintenance works only started during the final stage of our stay.

This further increased our dissatisfaction, as the pool closure had been presented as immediate and unavoidable, while in reality no visible maintenance activity was taking place during most of our stay.

A piscina estava suja, cheia de ervas, ramos e verdete...não pude portanto disfrutar dela.

It was disappointing compared to what was advertised. No restaurant or bar and outdoor grounds and facilities were very poorly maintained and not opened. Whole hotel needs to be updated and renovated. There were no charging ports in rooms for electronics.

Es war kein Restaurant da und eine Bar hat auch gefehlt. Man könnte bei der Rezeption etwas trinken. Fr
