La personne est agréable et sympathique
Il n'y a qu'une seule personne qui gère cet hôtel. la chambre est sale. L'eau dévient froide au bout de 10 minutes. il y a pleins d'insectes dans la chambre.
Very nice owner. Nice hotel. We were pleased with the wide comfortable bed. The owner met and settled us after midnight. In the morning they served a very delicious breakfast

Çok pisti çeşitli böcekler vardı odada ,resimlerle hiç alakası yoktu 2 saat önceden rezervasyon yapmıştık oda halla hazır değildi , çeşitli böcekler vardı çekirge kırkayak hamam böcekleri tek kelimeyle berbat 🤢 tolet kadı yok şampuan yok
Staff was great, even after a bit of waiting to check-in. The room we stayed in was clean, decently sized, and comfy.
The service wasn’t very hotel-like but we didn’t mind.
The staff is amazing - friendly and very helpful, also really nice to our kids as well. Beautiful green spaces and views around the hotel.
A nice looking hotel, with management that likes scamming people!
I can't express all of my emotions to the hotel. I booked it over Booking.com. When I came they checked me in, forgot to give me my ID back, but not a big problem we solved it in a few mins.
The biggest disappointment was that they forgot to give me the key for the outside door that leads to the hotel, when I came in the evening I could not access the hotel. I tried knocking, calling, calling Booking.com, looking through windows... nothing. I had to book another hotel and sleep there, and then I came in the morning to pick my belongings.
Furthermore, I immediately requested the money back, they wrote my phone number and told me that manager will call. He did call soon enough, asked me not to give any bad reviews, that they are sorry, he told he will refund me and nothing. I kept sending reminders every 2 weeks, reached to Booking.com support and this hotel was just delaying, ignoring, making up things. So they can't even keep their own word! I don't understand how they claim themselves a luxury hotel, but act like phone scammers.

This is one of the worst hotels I have EVER seen.
There is no staff. There is no restaurant - we were told we had to order food a day in advance but there is no menu (!?) We asked for breakfast which consisted of hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham and bread for 19euro!!!! The TVs do not work. The phones do not work. The place is filthy. The shower tray and sink filled with water and did not drain away. There is no room service. The photos are a complete lie and must have been taken a long while ago. The garden is overgrown and not accessible.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 without a refund. Truly truly awful!!
Comfortable family room with private terrace. Very quiet and convenient for centre.
Some decent art scattered around well designed spaces. Friendly staff.
Services (resources) were limited (no mineral water available to buy, unstocked bar) but staff was accommodating and helpful to provide (the following day).
A bit sleepy and underpopulated but not a problem for sure.
The lounge area seems to have become the managers office space but not a problem, just strange.
