Pros:

Rooms are simple, but cozy. Coffee machine made a big difference since we were there on Sunday when most of the places are closed and it was raining. Wine hour was unexpected perk with a free glass of Italian wine. We had a great view of the church behind the hotel.

Cons:

Window was the only inconvenient item. It was windy and rainy outside, so it was letting water in, and we had to keep it closed. The room became stuffy at night.

Cozy hotel with wonderful folks!
Pros:

The vibe, the staff, the hotel restaurants and private sauna are all fantastic!

Cons:

The early morning delivery trucks (5-7am) made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Very central hotel, perfect if you're using public transport. We had a superior room which was very spacious and warm. Staff very friendly, good breakfast although it was very busy at times with coach parties. Cafe Kaspar was good for a quick dinner or drink. Loved the complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon.

Cons:

Building work within the hotel going on which lasted all day. No information was given by the staff regarding this. On our last night we had a lot of noise from the top floor conference facilities until 23.00.

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel.
La qualité du petit déjeuner.
Le verre de vin gratuit entre 17 h et 18 h.

Cons:

La chambre était trop petite.
Un appareil en dessous de la fenêtre était très bruyant.
L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé dans la chambre pendant l’ensemble du séjour.
Le prix est trop élevé, surtout sans le petit déjeuner, par ailleurs cher lui aussi.
