Fantastic location that can’t be beat!
Pros:

Location was stellar. Just in the outskirts of old town Torshavn.

Cons:

Quite a few stairs to get to my second floor room. There was an elevator to the second floor, but to get to my room I had to walk back outside. Go up and down several small flights of stairs to get to my building.

Te veel ergernis voor een hotelverblijf
Pros:

De locatie is super en de kamer werd dagelijks perfect gepoetst.

Cons:

Wat schokkerend was voor ons was dat een medewerker van de receptie geen taxi wilde bestellen voor ons; dit terwijl we op de Faeroer niet op de klassieke wijze kunnen bellen met een gsm en taxibedrijven niet bereikbaar zijn via Whatsapp… Ook is er geen vast toestel in de kamer, dus we konden geen taxi nemen. Punt. Triestig voor iemand die daar nochtans tijd genoeg voor heeft.
Het hotel heeft een prachtig dakterras, maar de receptionist wist ons te zeggen dat dat enkel dient voor conferenties… Really?!
De kamers zijn heel warm en moeilijk te verluchten (althans beneden langs de straatkant).
De douche is niet waterdicht, waardoor de badkamer voor de helft onder water staat na een douche.
De koffiezet is afgestemd op grote koppen, terwijl er normale koppen staan…hetgeen dan wel betekent dat alles onder de koffie komt te staan als je die niet op tijd afzet.

Inviting hotel with funky rooms and warm and friendly staff and all the amenities you need.
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel. The breakfast was good. Both times we went for breakfast it was busy, but we could find a place to sit, Food was good with a good variety.

Excellent central location in Tórshavn, and the staff are outstanding
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent central location in Tórshavn, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout my stay. I’d especially like to commend Alexandro, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is a real credit to the hotel and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Very minor but the bathroom was a little small
