Surprisingly large room with an easy chair and a chair at the desk, TV small screen. Bathroom lighting inadequate.

Прекрасный персонал! Отзывчивые и заботливые ребята. Помогали по любому поводу, с любой просьбой. Было приятно общаться.
Расположение очень удобное, легко запомнить путь до любого выхода из Старого города.
Нормальный завтрак, можно было заказывать отдельно каши, омлет и тп, по мимо того, что было на раздаче.
Единственное, что не понравилось - плохая шумоизоляция в номерах. У нас были соседи, которые выясняли отношения ночью, и слышно было даже то, как закрывают чемоданы. Будильник соседа в 5 утра, и тп. Это Единственный минус.

Очень хорошее располодение отеля, все рядом, в шаговой доступности. Приятный и вежливый персонал. Завтраки не слишком разнообразны, но голодными не останетесь.

Location is perfect. In the heart of the old city, the hotel is in walking distance from the major tourist attractions, the metro station is 7 minutes on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could keep our luggage at the reception after checkeing out. They heleped us changing local money to smaller bank notes for the metro. We got a free airport transfer, as we booked 3 nights. The driver waited for us at the arrivals zone, holding a paper with my name. He took us directly to the entrance of the hotel, which was really helpful because the old city is a really maze for the first-time-travellers. The cobblestones make it challenging to pull your trolley luggage.
These are not big deals. Only minor issues. Our overall opinion was very positive!
In the beginning of March, the rooms were very cold when we arrived. We had to keep the heating at a high temperature, all night and day to avoid cooilng out the room. The heating system has a strong noise, so it is advised to use ear plugs. Or switch heating out, and ask for an extra blanket.
Breakfast was not really like the pictures. It was not self service, all you can eat style, but what they brought to our table was more than enough. A variety of local food, cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream with black sesame, hard bioled eggs, scrambled eggs with tomato (which was odd but relly good), fresh tomato, cucumber, olive berries, local pastries, bread, jams, honey, nut-cream, butter, a nice cup of tea.
It was pleasent for the first time, but a bit boring in the following mornings, eating the same things every day. It would have been better if there were a little modification in the menum but I get it: we were in march, and we were one of the two families staying there at that time. So overall it was totally okay!
The limestone tables in the rooms were stained with glass marks, left by previous guests.
There was some leakage under the bath tub. But these things were not that disturbing.
Just a little more effort needed from the owner to make this place perfect! Thatswhy I can not give a 10!
The best about this hotel is about personel and the location. However good choice of cheese and typical pancakes. Weather was amazing so the temperature in the room was ok. Hotel for sure before good renovation, but clean. Of course regarding the price, you get what you asked for.... so not a bit regret.
Breakfast with limited choice. If you are a coffee lover than this hotel is not for you. One week was a bit too long for this limited menu. But if I would be there just 2-3 days the choice was ok. Wi-fi unfortunately not working fully in all rooms, but the personel helped me to solve this problem for what I am very thankfull.
Kahvalti zayifti , sanirim sezon olmadigi icin.. yine de ne istesek yapmaya calistilar. Onun disinda kucuk sirin bi otel, gunluk temizlikleri ihmal etmediler keyifli bi tatildi. Ozellikle resepsiyondaki Seynur Bey asiri yardimci oldu bize , gerek sehir turu olsun gerek herhangi bir restaurantta rezervasyonlari ayarlama olsun surekli iletisim halindeydik isimizi kolaylastirdi , tavsiye edilirrrr f/ p oteli👍
