Come for the L18 breakfast terrace
Pros:

My second visit to Sky Hotel and second cycling tour with Cycle Albania. I love the breakfast terrace up on L18 - best view in Tirana and it's worth just planning a long breakfast as part of your day to enjoy it. The staff were very attentive. Thank you. The rooms are very spacious and modern.

Taxi from airport was EUR25 this time - better to pre-book online as it was very busy Friday night around 2000 w. weekend traffic. I suspect the airport blocks your internet in the terminal radius as no one around me could use aps - they needed to call to book Patoko (no Uber). It was tricky.

Tip - just walk 300m over to Best Western hotel and try ap from there and your service should connect again.

Cons:

The only downside is very loud music from venues in the area on Friday night - even though I was on L16 it was duff duff loud but lucky I was so exhausted from 30 hour transit out of Sydney, I did fall asleep. It may not be a problem mid week.

位置绝佳，视野绝佳，超出预期。
Pros:

酒店位置很好，设施很新，员工沟通顺畅。早餐在18楼餐厅视野极佳，楼顶还有旋转酒吧餐厅，晚上营业到凌晨1点半，可以从高点俯瞰整个城市。酒店紧邻著名的酒吧区，晚上可以去喝一杯。
开车可以停在地库，车位有些拥挤但没有问题。我们只住了一个晚上，次日退房时与前台沟通允许我们把车留在地库，到下午3点前开离。半天时间正好可以看广场周边的主要景点。

Cons:

对于习惯早睡、喜欢绝对安静的人，靠近Sky Bar的高楼层可能会有点吵。
