A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é ok.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de reforma. O banheiro possui um box bem apertado, a porta abre pra dentro, creio que uma pessoa grande fique bem desconfortável para tomar banho.
A limpeza do quarto tmb deixou a desejar, rejunte encardido. Comemos um lanche e mesmo após a limpeza diária a mesinha continuou suja nos demais dias com o farelo do lanche.
Tivemos problemas em colocarem apenas uma toalha para 2 pessoas, ou não deixarem toalha para o rosto, para o piso.
Acho que o principal ponto fraco está nos serviços de camararia (limpeza e itens como toalhas, sabonetes).

O atendimento no check in, agilidade e praticidade, além de permitir entrada antes do horário previsto. Houve um problema no quarto (ar condicionado), rapidamente foi resolvido, inclusive com um upgrade gentilmente disponibilizado.

Pros:

Café da Manhã muito bom. Equipe como um todo extremamente atenciosa e empática (Carlos, David, Iago, Ícaro) e um registro especial para o Jeferson. A vista do quarto era maravilhosa. Cama bem confortável.

Cons:

As instalações e infraestrutura deixam muito a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas, principalmente se considerarmos que passou por um retrofit há 7 anos atrás. Aparência de quartos da década de 1980.
