Dissappointing - nice property but smoking by other guests was a problem
Pros:

Very easy access to beach

Cons:

The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but even after contacting management there was somebody constantly smoking for all 5 days we were there and it made it difficult to sit on the deck or open windows are as are definately not smokers and certainly didn't want to passive smoke from other guests

Fun family weekend at the beach
Pros:

Fabulous stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and kindly offered early check-in as it was available. The rooms and property facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Rooftop does need some upgrades but guessing this is a privately owned unit and management has no control over this. However it is still a very usable space with fantastic views.
