Pros:

The staff were very helpful one of the rooms smelt like someone had just finished a cigarette. We had 3 room in total. The staff kindly gave us another room that was much better. The breakfast was good. Great showers as well.

Cons:

Smoke smell in one of the rooms but this was fixed.

Not the best stay we had in Turkey. Probably the worst breakfast in 2 months of travel.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was lovely. Very nice welcome and helpful throughout our stay! The hotel is in a great location near busy streets with restaurants and right next to the ferry and sea. The Trojan horse is very near, as well. I loved that they helped find parking for you. A bit like a valet service. The block out curtains were great and the shower floor was spotless making the hot shower feel sublime. The bathroom floors were heated, too. The doors to the rooms were sturdy. The windows and walls were good at muffling outside noise. The room was spacious. The cleaning staff were wonderful. They even moved our belongings to a new room for us, placing everything exactly as it was in our old room. Very thoughtful. The front desk men in the evening were mostly helpful. They weren't able to help with less firm pillows though.

Cons:

Our room looked great from the first impression, but as the evening went on, many problems arose. Hard pillows, lumpy sheets (piling), the spare sofa bed was too hard, the toilet paper holder wouldn't stay on the wall, the bathroom door handle fell off, and to top it off, there were bugs all in the carpet and loads of carpet around the edges of the room eaten away by said bugs. I even picked up 6 of them off the bathroom floor with toilet paper. It made the room feel dirty. Luckily, we mentioned these issues to the front desk the next morning and were given the room below which was in much better condition.
You can't control the temperature in the room and in winter it was hot. We opened windows to keep cool, but the noise on the street was quite annoying.
The last straw was the breakfast. The first morning I was down by 7 am, therefore the first one to get to the buffet. I was pulling hairs from plates of cheese and capsicum that must have come from the hygiene of the kitchen. The fried eggs were drowning in a cheap oil, the sausages and fries were cold and stiff, even though they were sitting in a bain-marie, the apples were all bruised, and the tomatoes were overipe/mushy. We settled with bread and Nutella and hard boiled eggs. The second morning was a bit better and had a different person running the breakfast saloon, but we almost skipped breakfast after our first morning experience. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but unfortunately leaves a fair few things to be improved.

Pros:

Посрещнаха ни усмихнати, облечени в костюми. Паркираха ни колата. Бяха много отзивчиви и любезни. Закуската е добра.

Cons:

Асансьорът е много бавен и тясен, но поне има такъв. Баните искат обновяване. Силиконът по края на душ кабината не изглежда добре и вентилаторът в банята не работеше. Дограмата също е стара.

Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μέσα στο κέντρο του Τσανάκαλε και δίπλα στο λιμάνι από όπου αναχωρούν τα ferry.
Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο με king size κρεβάτι και πολύ καλό στρώμα!
Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικός μπουφές με επαρκή ποικιλία.
Το προσωπικό είναι πρόθυμο και φιλικό! Δεν υπάρχει κάποιος συγκεκριμένος χώρος στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο, αλλά κάποιος από το προσωπικό είναι πάντα διαθέσιμος να σας το παρκάρει στην γύρω περιοχή (χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση).

Regresaría encantada, muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Todos muy amables, la habitación muy grande y muy bonita, con una terraza preciosa con vistas al mar. Omar de recepción super atento. Relación calidad-precio, excelente.

Lo que dejó mucho que desear fue el desayuno, muy poca variedad.
