Our establishment is open Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
Fridays from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
Outside reception opening hours, proceed to the hotel entrance, where an Automatic Room Dispenser allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem und über den Aufzug erreichbar. Auch das Bad mit Dusche war sehr sauber, wobei das Syphon unterm Waschbecken und die Zuleitung zum Toilettenkasten "etwas angegriffen waren". Bei Anreise sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Raum wirkte sehr einladend.Es war von allem etwas da. Der Parkplatz war gesichert, direkt vorm Haus. Die Lage zu Entzheim war für mich sehr gut. Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Room was smelling of smoke and was not possible to sleep so I slept in the car!!
I called the customer service number - no one answered.
Check in automat did not print the room code or receipt.
Booking.com informed but they did nothing too!!!

SERIOUSLY DO NOT STAY at B&B hotels in France as they don't care. There is no reception at night. No customer care.
I travel 100 nights a year will make sure I give my business to another hotel chain.

L’odeur de tabac froid, j’ai dû changer 3 fois de chambre car l’odeur était insoutenable. La 3ème était à peine correcte. La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures au plafond, et la chasse restait bloquée .

Relation avec le personnel ??? Be, aucun. Et souci le dimanche soir avec la borne pour récupérer le numéro de la chambre. Et l impression ticket ne marchait pas meme a l arrivée le 3 avril.
Un peu ennuyant!!!!

Qu.on ait ete obligé d appeler quelqu un pour avoir le numéro de chambre, et l impression du ticket ne marchait pas.. Ça ne fonctionnait pas a la borne. Perte de temps. Pas fluide a l utilisation.
Pareil a l arrivée le 3 avril et on a appelé personne n a repondu. Pas tres correct.

Pratique et bon rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Hôtel propre et en bon état. Possibilité d'arriver tardivement et de récupérer ses codes en toute autonomie. Arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel.
