Es una pena porque tiene potencial, pero está bastante abandonado.

Pésima limpieza y mantenimiento.
Pros:

Horrible. El estor estaba roido y tenía manchas que parecían sangre. Cuando llegamos por la noche había moscas en esas manchas. La cuna de mi bebé rota por mil sitios y con roña. Decidimos no dormir y volvernos a nuestra casa a 300km a las 12 de la noche.

Cons:

La limpieza y el mantenimiento del hotel. Absolutamente lamentable. Cuatro estrellas ni de broma. No llegaría a las 2.

Das Blu Hotel war die perfekte Zwischen-Übernachtung auf einer Reise quer durch Spanien. Es besticht mit modernen pfiffigen Ausstattung, einer perfekten Klimaanlage und tollem Service. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Cons:

Ich weiß nicht, was ich sagen sollte. Hier und da könnten Mini-Mängel an Möbeln und Wänden ausgebessert werden. Aber das fiel wirklich nicht ins Gewicht.

La habitación era amplia y las instalaciones eran modernas.

Cons:

Ni el trato ni los detalles están al nivel de un hotel 4 estrellas:
- la habitación tenía desconchados en la pared y el baño y piezas reparadas con cinta americana. El grifo de la ducha era moderno, pero no funcionaba bien y no pudimos ni ducharnos a gusto: o te quemabas con el agua caliente o te helabas con la fría. Además la habitación no tenía persiana, únicamente estor y por la mañana la habitación se llenaba de luz en seguida (y no había antifaces para dormir ni si quiera)
- La almohada era muy fina, pedí otra en recepción y la persona de recepción no sabía ni dónde estaban. Subimos a la habitación a la espera de que mirara a ver si conseguía encontrar una. Cuando localizo una almohada nos hizo bajar a recepción a recogerla (eran las 23h) y nos dio la almohada sin siquiera una funda.
- Tanto el parking como el spa estaban cerrados.
