部屋以外はとても満足
Pros:

スタッフの対応、部屋の風呂、トイレが別な所

Cons:

トイレのタオル掛けが壊れていた。
バスのシャワーノズル掛けが壊れていた。
バスタブがザラザラでよく清掃されていなかった。
上階の利用客の洗面所やその他の物音がとても響く

Pros:

清潔な部屋でくつろぎやすかったです。バストイレが別なのも良かったです。朝食はご当地グルメが多く、飽きなく食べられました。

Cons:

別棟にある大浴場が混んでいて入れなかったこと。敷地内駐車場がいっぱいで停められず、周辺のパーキングも空きが少なく、探すのに苦労したこと。

Pros:

地元料理を含むバラエティに富んだモーニングビュッフェ

Cons:

ベッド自体は悪くなかったですが、シングルベッドがくっついていたためか相方が寝返りを打つたびに津波の様に押し寄せてその度に目覚めた。

また宿泊したいと思いました！
Pros:

部屋が広くて綺麗で、子供達が喜んでいた。立地もよく歩いていける範囲に飲食店も多く、便利がよかった。息子が金庫を使った際に、暗証番号を忘れてしまい、困っていたが、スタッフの方が俊敏に対応してくれた。大浴場も付いており、料金以上の満足度を感じました。

好立地、ハイコスパ！
Pros:

スタッフの丁寧な駐車場案内に安心しました。
車内灯が点灯してますとの連絡もありとてもありがたかったです。
金沢駅近くで大浴場もありリーズナブルに宿泊できてとても大満足です。子供達も同じホテルにもう一度泊まりたいと言っています。
