大変満足です。金沢旅行の際はまた宿泊したいと思いました。
Pros:

朝ごはんのビュッフェが大変美味しかった。部屋や浴槽やトイレも清潔でした。大浴場があるところ。

朝食が美味しいホテル
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。種類もたくさんあって、石川県の郷土料理も食べれて、毎朝たくさん食べました。
スタッフの方はとても親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

部屋は禁煙だったのにタバコ臭かったです。
あと部屋の扉が開けるたびにスゴい音がしてました。

優しい対応ありがとうございました。
Pros:

予約していて当日荷物も預かっていただき観光を楽しんでいたのですが急遽家に帰らなきゃいけない事情ができキャンセルをしなくてはいけなくなったのですが、当日にも関わらず事情を話すとキャンセル料を取られずご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのに優しくしてくださり本当に心が温まりました。
