Buena ubicación. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Al desayuno le faltan más opciones internacionales. Se agradecería el café con leche de verdad, no con minidosis de nata. La habitación es un poco justa de tamaño. La opción de secado de las lavadoras es muy deficiente y sale la ropa chorreando.

Maravilloso hotel cerca de la estación y de los puntos de interés en Kanazawa. Las camas son súper cómodas y muy amplias para la media japonesa. Personal muy amable, con onsen público al lado y lavandería disponible. Un diez.

Ojo porque el estacionamiento es de pago.

Cons:

長距離ドライブからの滞在だったので、駅近で駐車場、大浴場があるホテルを検索しての予約でした。でも癒されたいお風呂が1番疲れた。
本館、別館全ての人が利用するには狭い。滞在中に2口故障で、シャワーの列が出来るし、脱衣所でもロッカー渋滞。疲れる入浴。大浴場がある別館はエレベーターが一つだけで、部屋に戻るにもスムーズに行かず、、、素泊まりだし、最低限でいいとは思いつつも、お風呂はかなりのストレスになりました。

良いサービスと悪いサービスの差が激しい
Pros:

金沢駅には近い。チェックイン前と後で荷物を預かってくれる。

Cons:

部屋着のボタンが取れていた。
寒い場合はモーフの用意があるので申し付けくださいとあったがフロントまで取りに行ったのにクーラーがあるので調整してくださいと言われた。３人で宿泊したので個人個人で快適な温度が違うから言ったのに
