Confort et super prix proche de la gare
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable à proximité de la gare, très pratique pour se déplacer dans la région en étant basé à Kanazawa. Le bain public dans l'hôtel est un plus notable. Un confort incroyable pour le prix.

Excelente relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Excelente la atención del personal y servicios. El desayuno no lo pudimos pedir pero estaba a muy buen precio.
Te dejan dejar las valijas antes del check in y después del check out lo que nos permitió explorar más cómodos la ciudad.

男性フロントスタッフの小野さん？がフォローしてくれたことが唯一の良かった点

Cons:

部屋が汚い　エアコンの吹きだし口が埃まみれでクモの巣がはってるようは状態で暖房いれたら喉は痛くなるし、咳が止まらなくなるし不快でしかたない状態。部屋も清掃がされてるのか？と思うほど汚い！
フロントの女性スタッフの対応がいい加減であまりにも酷すぎる　あり得ない

夫婦と子供の3人で宿泊したが、タオルやスリッパ、歯ブラシは2人分しか無かった。子供は無料といえどもそれくらい用意してくれないの？
大浴場は別館でもよいが、清掃にこまめに入ってないような感じがした。

思っていた以上に素敵なホテルで最高でした！

Pros:

Staff disponibile e cortese, camera delle giuste dimensioni anche con molto bagaglio, buona la posizione a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 10 minuti a piedi dal mercato principale, per andare a vedere le altre attrazioni si era comunque vicini, con una media di 18 minuti a piedi, diverse fermate bus a disposizione nelle vicinanze e diversi ristoranti.

Cons:

Purtroppo, se si è tatuati non si ha la possibilità di utilizzare il loro sento, neanche usando i cerotti per coprirli.
