直前でも空室があったので助かりました。
Pros:

駅から近い。横アリに近い。
リーズナブル。

Cons:

部屋に入った時からバスルームに髪の毛が落ちていたので、もう少し清掃後に確認してほしいなと思いました。
駅から近い割にリーズナブルなのでそうゆうことかなと思いましたが、、、。

駅から近い、コンビニが近いなど立地条件が申し分ない

枕元にコンセントがなかったこと。
延長コードがあったが、場所が分かり辛く

全体的に清潔だった
Pros:

駅から近いこと
部屋が清潔
フロントの方が丁寧、親切
一階に「ドトール」があるのでモーニングを食べることができた。宿泊者には少しでも良いから割引があれば利用者も増えると思いました。
枕が快適でした

鍵が古くて開けたり閉めたりがやり難い
トイレの水の流れがうるさい
室内スリッパが履きにくい
エアコンの風が顔に直に当たる
風向きの調節ができない。
