部屋自体の清掃ではなく、空気が良くないと感じました。
Cons:

前回の宿泊時には感じませんでしたが、今回はかび臭いにおいがしました。宿泊後数分で、鼻水が止まらなくなり、翌日まで続きました。しかし、3日目からぴたりと止まったので、部屋のハウスダストなどのアレルギーと思います。

上記の点は残念だった。品のある落ち着きのあるホテルでした。
Pros:

立地がよく、趣のある建物で利便性がとても良かった。ホテル付近は落ち着いていてよかったです。

Cons:

使用していないタオルに髪の毛がついていたので、その点はスタップにお伝えしました。

Pros:

スタッフの方はすごく丁寧で良かったと思います。

Cons:

設備が全体的に古い。
故障しているベットの時計などがそのままだったこと
洗面台の排水が少し悪いような気がする
洗面台のお湯の量が少ないような気もする
防音性は全体的にないかなという印象

快適
Pros:

部屋やベッドが思ったより広くて、ゆったり気持ち良く過ごせました。
疲れてチェックインしたので、可愛いチョコのお出迎えは嬉しかったです。

立地の良さだけ
Pros:

新横浜駅や横浜アリーナが近くて便利

Cons:

エアコンの温度がホテルで一括管理されているため、部屋の温度を変えられなくて、冬だったが部屋が暑すぎて窓を全開にして過ごした。それでも暑く、とても乾燥していたため体調を崩した。

ロケーションがよかった

Cons:

部屋が暑すぎて眠れなかった。エアコンが制御できないのが不便。ドトールコーヒーが7時からでは遅すぎて使えない。
