편안함과 애매함의 경계
Pros:

침대 매트리스가 적당함.
너무 무르지도, 너무 단단하지도 않음.

객실 상태 때문에 바꿔달라고 하려다가
거의 비슷하다는 안내를 받고,
매트리스 때문에 그냥 있기로 함.

조식은 무난함.

비슷한 가격대의 다른 경주 호텔들의 조식이
애매하다는 얘기를 듣고 코오롱 예약했으며,
아이나 어른이나 적당히 먹음.

조식 식당 창가의 view는
봄, 가을 그리고 초여름에 빛날 듯...
(겨울이라 아쉬웠음)

5층 패밀리 수퍼트윈에 묵었으며,
리모델링되었다는데,
화장실 상태가 엉망임.

(519호/ 맨 끝 방 - 다른 층 또는 다른 방은 나을지도)

세면대, 거울, 변기, 샤워기가 최소 20년은 된 듯하며,
샤워커튼은 물론 커튼 걸이도 없음.

amenities 중에 칫솔, 치약, 빗 등이 제공되지 않으면,
돈주고 팔았으면 함.

호텔 자체의 지속성 때문에 비용 절감을 하는 듯 하나,
너무 9홀 골프장 영업에만 focused 된 느낌.

일부 직원들은 약간 Dry한 응대를 보이나 무례하지는 않으며,
대부분의 직원들 (연세 있으신 호텔 베이커리 근무하시는 분도/ 경주빵 맛있었습니다!) 은 친절하고, 적극적으로 도우려 함

I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast selections were excellent.

Cons:

The room was kind of dingy, long past necessary renovation. Towels were old and thin, and the bathroom didn't have a facial soap or body lotion. Trying to call the front desk, but the phone in the room was not working. The location is excellent if you visit the Bulguk-sa Temple, but otherwise far from everything else including decent restaurants.

코오롱 호텔에서의 희한한 경험
Pros:

이전한 방들과 조식이 좋았음

Cons:

둘째날 밤에 천장 누수 때문에 당황하었고 자는 아이들과 풀어놓은 짐들을 호텔측에서 제공한 다른 층 방 두개로 옮기느라 고생하였다. 그나마 방이 좋았고 하루치 숙박비를 환불하고 조식쿠폰을 제공하여 마음이 풀어졌다.

Enttäuschend. Hatte mich sehr auf Pool +Garten gefreut, das war ein Flop. Nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war teuer aber gut +reichlich, koreanisch +englisch. Frühstücksraum lärmig, erinnerte an Jugendherberge. 5 Personen (Eltern +3 erw. Kinder) an einem Tisch waren nicht vorgesehen, max 4 Personen. Für den Preis hätte ich eine gepflegtere Atmosphäre erwartet.
Die Zimmer waren sauber, gut klimatisiert, das Bad ok., Betten etwas hart und wackelig aber kuschelige Decken.

Cons:

1. Der Swimmingpool war nur ein größeres Planschbecken, max. Wassertiefe 97cm.
2. Keine Liegen am Pool (wie abgebildet), lediglich ein paar Loungemöbel ohne Polster. Kaum Schatten.
3. Dauernd laute Musik am Pool
4. Meine erw. Kinder wurden daran gehindert, zum Pool zu gehen, der koste 25000 Won extra.
5. Pool nur von 10:30 bis 17:00 zugänglich.
6. Garten nur durch eine rel versteckte Tür zugänglich. Kaum Schatten, fast keine Sitzmöbel
7. Terrasse tagsüber mangels Beschattung brüllend heiß, abends schließt sie um 21:00. Da es im Garten keine Sitzmöbel gibt, kann man dann, wenn die Temperaturen draußen angenehm werden, nur noch rein gehen.
8. Es gibt keine 2 Restaurants sondern nur eines. Das andere ist der Frühstücksraum, in dem im Rahmen von Konferenzen o.ä. auch schon mal ein (vorbestelltes) Dinner für die Teilnehmer serviert wird. Nichts für die normalen Hotelgäste.
9. Die Frage, ob es in der Umgebung noch andere Restaurants gebe, wurde vom Personal verneint, obwohl es trotz Nebensaison zahlreiche geöffnete Restaurants in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung am Bulguksatempel gab.
10. Die Zimmer waren mit 2 Doppelbetten möbliert, dadurch kaum mehr Platz war, insbesondere keine Sitzgelegenheit außer einem Hartplastikstuhl. Keine Leselampe am Bett. Kaum Schrankraum, keine Kleiderbügel, Kleidung musste weitgehend im Koffer bleiben und dieser auf dem 2. Bett.

수영장이 아기들 놀기에 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소도 애들이 밤새 놀았어요.

Cons:

로비층이나 수영장, 편의점 등 뭔가 편의시설 이용하는데 층 구분이 처음엔 어려웠어요. 한번 익히니 어렵진 않았습니다. 욕조는 없어요.

지금껏 코오롱호텔 방문중 방이 가장 최악이었습니다.
Pros:

위치도 좋고 편안해서 경주여행시 다른호텔 대비 자주 이용했습니다.
이번엔 친정 모친 모시고 갔는데 지금까지 간 룸중
가장 룸이 엉망이었네요.
간만에 모시고 간 어머니보기 부끄러웠습니다.
파리도 있었고, 뜯어진 벽지며, 먼지쌓인 에어컨, 와이파이정보 적힌 정보도 저희방엔 없어져서 문의드려서 오셔서 해주셨네요. ..
가격대비라고 한다면 할말 없지만 성수기라 싼가격도 아니었는데...
전체적으론 늘 편안한곳입니다.

Interesting experience - shame there were limited pool hours!
Pros:

First thing - your main light switch is located behind the bed and not in the entrance hallway! Took us ages to work that out. Small toilet and the floor is lethal if you have a shower. Breakfast was ok but v v busy - go early - and food was not particular hot. Pool was only open from 11 to 5 which was disappointing! In house 7/11 great but unmanned and card payment only. No bedside tables - but there was a comic con exhibition in the basement which was fun!
