• Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer
• Top Lage direkt am Haeundae Beach und nahe dem Market
• Sehr touristische Umgebung (viel los, viele Möglichkeiten)
• Sehr freundliche Reinigungskraft – täglich Müll entsorgt sowie Wasser, Kaffee & Tee aufgefüllt

Cons:

• Keine Steckdosen am Bett (für medizinisches Gerät problematisch, Lösung aber durch Verlängerungskabel)
• Ausstattung insgesamt veraltet und teilweise stark abgenutzt
• Whirlpool ebenfalls sehr alt
• Aufzug funktioniert ohne Karte bis in die oberen Stockwerke (Sicherheitsaspekt)
• Teilweise unsaubere Reparaturen (Silikon über Schimmel oder Löchern)

Very comfortable in a great location with a need to update.
Pros:

This hotel had a mixed bag of experiences. While it was extremely dated, it surprisingly offered a comfortable stay. The hot tub was barely functional and not the cleanest, but it wasn’t necessarily dirty either but you could tell its age. My main concern was the massive billboard that blocked about 80% of the advertised “ocean view.” However, it did provide some privacy, and there was still a small view. The staff was very polite, and I ultimately enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The advert to the property is a bit misleading not mentioning the major obstruction to the ocean while it is promoting its “ocean” view.

Pros:

La posizione e' sicuramente il suo forte. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (stupenda), da zona di ristoranti e mercato. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Il bagno era un po' vecchio, non mantenuto benissimo. L'accesso all'hotel era anche un po' fatiscente, spesso erano accumulati davanti all'ingresso scatoloni da buttare

很差，不會再去住了

距離海雲台熱鬧大街很近

Cons:

四人房中間那面牆的插座在關燈後會自動切斷，房間還會跳電，電力不穩。
櫃檯人員在說明入住事項告知「不會打掃房間」，但晚上回到房間時居然發現有更換毛巾及放新的礦泉水，旅客隱私不受尊重。
住15樓房間，電梯不用刷卡也可以直接按樓層，安全性堪憂
