Very nice hotel in the heart of Haeundae beach. Great location, very close to beach with great cafes

very nice hotel, next to the beach across the road. Location is best with easy access to food, entertainment and a great time at the beach. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff nice and friendly.

On aurait dû la payer la moitié de notre séjour vu l’état de délabrement de l’hôtel.

L’hôtel était bien situé . Le lit était bon. Ce sont les seuls 2 choses positives de notre séjour dans cet hôtel

Les images sur le site booking sont mensongères.
L’hôtel semblait beau avec de très belles chambres spacieuses .En fait c’était la grande déception. En arrivant: L’entrée de l’hôtel fait peur. Tout est vétuste. Ça a l’air sale et vieux. Le petit frigo de notre chambre avait une partie congélateur. Ça sentait la mort quand on l’a ouvert. De plus on a dû changer de chambre à l’arrivée car ils nous ont donné une chambre qui faisait un bruit de moteur insupportable venant de l’extérieur.. la commande de lumière était catastrophique, coupant les prises de 220. Le réceptionniste ne nous comprenait pas et ne parlait pas anglais. On a demandé le Service pressing. Il nous a dit qu’il y en avait pas alors que le lendemain sur l’accueil de la réception il y avait écrit un panneau Service de pressing. Cela nous a surpris que cet hôtel fasse partie de choix de Booking et cela va à l’encontre de la notoriété de Booking. le papier peint était sale dans beaucoup d’endroits, ainsi que dans les parties communes et même déchirée. Nous avons fait des photos si vous voulez qu’on vous les envoie( elles sont sur le portable de mon mari)

We won’t be back.
Pros:

The view from our balcony was good. There was a young gentleman named Doyun Lee at the reception who was just lovely to us and I hope he gets a promotion or finds a hotel that is truly worthy of his skills. I wish him all the luck in the world.

Cons:

The room was not clean, quite unacceptable, and the glass doors looking out to the ocean were very dirty which was off putting. The hallway smells really bad.

Rather mediocre.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Loud outside music could be heard on the 11th floor. The shower set up was bizarre. I had to create barriers so that the bathroom didn’t flood. No room cleaning for 3 nights. I was only provided with clean towels and the trash cans were emptied. It took the elevator a very long time to respond.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

I will definitely stay here again. Other than the bathroom, I really loved everything else.

Cons:

In the bathroom, the shower area is inside the bathtub only, and water can flow out of that area, so some parts of the bathroom floor may get wet.

Very Nice.

We were able to walk to get food, to the market, beach, etc. The massage in the hotel was the best I've ever had.
