Just a good place to sleep, staff was super nice!

Bed matress is terrible

Everywhere near here smells like leaking garbage bags or pee also all night long there are vehicles with sirens or ambulances blaring their sirens and people getting stuck in traffic right in front of the building

The hotel is close to La guardia airport.

Quick walk to US Open. Ample restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

Property is well maintained, clean and in good order.

We were given a 9th floor room, but elevator worked only till 7th floor. We had to go up two floors up the stairs with luggage. We are 60+ years old couple. We were not offered any room service help to carry our baggage.

If you love Asian cuisine (Chinese and Korean, especially!) This place is for you!

Perfect if you want to go to us open or citi field as it is 5 mins walk to the subway. Plenty of good restaurants around. The room was clean and modern

Was able to check in at anytime without a late check in fee. Hotel was in a very convenient area in Flushing filled with shopping area and places to eat. Close to subway and very walkable. There are also multiple security guards at all times of the day. The hotel room was clean and modern, though the door did appear to have dents and marks, and there was dried red liquid left in the fridge. But housekeeping did come every day to make up the room, and the space was otherwise very clean.

Fantastic views, great area for dining and shopping! Room was clean, how ever the door locks were barely working, tub dropped non-stop.other than that fantastic

Very poor property! Dirty room, bathroom door doesn't close, the bed was just two piece of metal put together, and was making so much noise, worst sleep of my life.

I got this hotel for a concert I was attending. It’s very affordable if you want a hotel close to citi field and in a good spot for food. It’s a small but nice and quiet hotel, I stayed here twice and both times had a good experience and a nice view of the city.

Loud music was played from neighboring room till 2AM. Front desk didn’t do anything when informed

I've been a frequent guest of this hotel & this was the second consecutive bad stay due to the same problem: the guests next door.

In my previous stay in May, I stayed in room 902 & there was a door that seemed to be next to another & there was very little noise insulation. The guests were loud & inconsiderate during the night which was very frustrating.

This past visit, I stayed in the same room & the same guests from my stay in May were still there, so I suppose they were there for an extended stay. The first night was quiet but the next three nights they were loud, inconsiderate & made odd, disturbing noises during the night up until about 3:00AM. Again, this was very frustrating.

I'm not sure if I will stay at this hotel again but if I do, I'll make sure it's not room 902.

The room was clean bed comfortable. The lighting was poor.
Bathroom has no handicap pull bars for seniors tub was not skid resistant. This hotel have no emineties just sleep and keep bags.
