Pros:

The building and area was nice had a great view out my window. My room was clean and comfortable The staff was nice. The only problem I experienced was I paid for late check out and was disturb 3 times before my check out. Housekeeping trying to come in. One housekeeper came in and we had to yell out. We was un dressed and now frustrated but other than that our stay was fine our room was nice the greeting staff was wonderful I would stay again

It should have been better for the amount of money we spent.
Pros:

The gentleman who helped us check in was very nice.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The people in the room next to us were VERY LOUD after 10pm. I called the front desk and it took 3x to get someone to answer the phone. The man who answered the phone said he would talk to them. The noise stopped for maybe 2 minutes. I called again after the noise started up again. The man who answered the phone sounded irritated and told me he'd already talked to them. I was like well we paid for a room to sleep in not listen to music and cussing at 1130pm! He said he would call them. Thankfully it did eventually quiet down. But that kind of response was not acceptable.

The bar was out of most call brands of liquor. Bartender was on her phone the whole time. You had to ask for service.

Overall, I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Staff at the breakfast was very friendly.

Cons:

We didn't have hot water to take a shower. I reported it during our stay, and the manager said it was fix. That evening my kids had to take a cold shower. I took a cold shower the following morning. Managers were not willing to comp stay for lack of hot water.

Hotel room was very good warm which made it hard to sleep.
