De accommodatie is zeer smaakvol ingericht, uitstekend bed en goede faciliteiten. De medewerkers maakten echter echt het verschil door hun vriendelijkheid!
The room was spacious and really lovely. Being able to have breakfast on the balcony over the courtyard was lovely but just know it’s directly across from an office that looks back.
I think the hotel facilities being women-only should have been more prominently advertised on booking.com. In the property details would be appropriate or as a caption in the photos of those facilities.
I note we were messaged this by the hotel after booking (and as a reminder after it was too late to cancel). That said, we did book this hotel partly to be able to use the gym facilities during our stay so that was disappointing.
staff went out of their way to help . an oasis in busy Toronto
This property is truly a hidden gem! Large, beautifully appointed room, great bath salts, outstanding continental breakfast delivered to your room. We will be back! I highly recommend!
Fabulous people and amazing room! George was the bomb!
Our new favourite place for a couples weekend in TO. Tremendous experience.
Everything waa great. George was fantastic and not only checked us in, but also gave us a tour of the property and explained all the amenities and services. The room was comfy, very spacious and squeaky clean. It was a fantastic stay.
Lovely hotel with excellent service. Great rooms and amenities. George restaurant also excellent. Area surrounding hotel a bit rundown with many homeless people around. Not far to walk to get to main attractions such as Hockey Hall of Fame and CN tower
Pure luxury! It's entirely worth booking for the Hästens bed alone. I will revisit!
Excellent stay. Everything was perfect. The bathroom with large soaker tub was amazing to unwind. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast brought to our room was the best finishing touch on our stay.
I’m glad we chose the Ivy over other hotels in the area. It was a different experience from the usual, and I would come back.
Staff is great, rooms are roomy and clean. Love this hotel. It’s our first choice when we’re in Toronto.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Comfy bed and delightful breakfast tray in your room in the morning.
The Ivy at Verity was absolutely marvellous. From the check- in to when we left everybody was very helpful and pleasent. The room was very spacious and clean.
Room was gorgeous, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was amazing
Even though it was only a 1 night stay we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be booking again.
The hotel itself is one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. But the location looks rough -- it is next to an abandoned parking lot and within walking distance to 2 small tent cities. The reception experience is also not on par with other 4star hotels: you need to be buzzed into the huilding to enter and then you carry your own bags up the steps and to the room (which involves more steps). There was an elevator but we needed a key to access it, and this was not offered to us when we checked in. The room though was gorgeous and luxurious, and we very much enjoyed the huge bathroom with massive tub and the nice balcony overlooking courtyard. My one complaint about the room is the abundance of 2400 lumens lighting -- this is great for relaxing but is impractical when trying to do your makeup in the evening for an event.
If they are having an event you are not attending you do NOT want to stay here! ONLY 4 ROOMS! When we stayed
the music/drums were so loud for so long!!!
Also, no access to the Atrium/patio because of the Private event. And, they have a pool for woman only!!
The Concierge was TERRIBLE!! When asked to recommend a seafood restaurant he told us Toronto didn't have any.
Lovely room, comfortable bed, overall experience AWFUL!!
Unfortunately, we were there over Civic Holiday and the bar and the restuarant
Ivy at verity was amazing! Great staff, great property, such a beautiful hotel!! The surrounding area has a lot of drug use which makes you feel unsafe. But we were not appoarched by anyone and after a few days we felt okay with it.
