Roaches in room, broken toilet, tv remote broken, men's underwear hanging in bathroom from previous guest, no internet - disgusting
Location was great for amenities and price was high for value, but given all of Abilene hotels are over priced, a decent deal.
Hotel room had dead cock roaches, no refridgerator, extremely outdated furniture made of compressed particle board which was crumbling all over the floor. The restroom tub literally had half of the tube reseal coming off and was actively peeling. Literally walked in , looked around, and left the premises to find another hotel. Could have asked for a new room, but if 1 rookm was like this, generally speaks to entire facility. Staff was nice at check in and even called me the next morning to ask if everything was ok as I id not use the room when housekeeping came by to clean. I told them why and all I got was a thank you for telling us. I asked twice for a rufund, but that was a quick nope.
The pillows and bed were nice.
The pool was yellow/green and the fence was down. The dresser was broken and didn’t close. This place just needs to be renovated really bad. Curtains in dinning room were stained and had holes. The light fixtures in the hallway were cracked. The apholstery on the chairs in the dinning room were cracked. Paint was chipped on doors. The TV glitched frequently. There were still some chairs up on a table when we came in for breakfast around 8.
Wyndham really needs to set it up. This used to be a nice place to stay.
Room was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and breakfast was good.
There was only one elevator
Convenient location
The location was ideal for traveling with a pet.
They do not know how to clean at all. The first room we got checked into had a broken window on the outside (double pane), so the room was extremely humid. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was hair in the bathtub and the baseboards looked white when they are supposed to be dark brown. The second room we got was just okay, the cleanliness still wasn’t great, it smelled weird. After a long travel day I didn’t have it in me to go back again for a room exchange. For the price, you might as well book somewhere else unless you’re in a pinch!
The staff was really attentive. The property is in a good location. The room was clean.
There were never enough towels. I feel like every time we asked for towels they told us we needed to give them more time. Maybe they need more towels. The bathroom out at the swimming pool needs to be cleaned or checked on more often. Maybe offer towels out at the pool.
Very dirty hotel inside and out .
The location was convenient.
The housekeeping staff started their rounds between 8-9am, way before check out time, so you were woke up by accidental knocking on your door and/or noise around you from surrounding rooms being cleaned.
The property was in an easy to find location.
The room was dirty: the floor had not been vacuumed, the bathroom surfaces had not been wiped down, there were crumbs on the bench of the desk and hairs on the chair. The furniture was old and chipped. The worst part of all was that there was black mold on the cooling unit that was blowing into the curtain, which consequently had copious amounts of black mold spores! I asked to be moved to a different room, and the next room was also dirty and the bathroom surfaces had not been cleaned! I wasn’t going to take any chances with black mold spores that weren’t visible. It was an awful hotel with dangerously dirty rooms and we asked for our money back and did not end up staying. I took pictures of all aspects I just named.
These accommodations were terrible. We arrived late in the evening on a holiday weekend. Public areas with exception of the front lobby were very dirty. Floors were sticky, visible dirt and debris on baseboards and floors. This was the type of filth that was apparent had not been cleaned for a long period of time. Upon entering our room, we noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed with visible debris throughout. Carpet also seemed to have some kind of black gunk on it that transferred to our bare feet when we walked on it. Tub was rusted and needed replaced. The AC ran all night, but never seemed to cool the room off despite multiple attempts to turn the controls down. Extremely disappointed with this establishment. Worst experience ever at a LaQuinta. I would not recommend staying at this location.
Having a safe place to rest my head. I thank you for that.
Not Clean Floors very slick 2 towels for 4 adults
The front desk clerk was friendly and the air conditioner worked great. That is it.
This place is very nasty. It was stained and filthy, everything was in need of repairs. We had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn't working. All the furniture was missing matched and chipped and partially working. All of the paint stuff was peeling in the tub. Sides of the beds/frames all stained and nasty. Not happy at all. The hallways smelled nasty like mold or filth.
Nothing, roaches in room still charged for night , manager refused to talk to me.
