Hotel Maya Turquesa - Playa del Carmen

The first night we arrived they gave us room 37. The room was filthy and the area (what they call kitchen) was so old and so disgusting that i started crying. I’m not fancy but there’s a limit I’m not commenting on the bathroom because was even worse. They try to accommodate and give us room number 4 Was a bit better but as unclean as the first one. We walked around the next morning and we found a very nice and clean one for about the same price. We asked for a refund and they suggested they can find something else for us and we declined we were afraid of another hotel like this one. I will never recommend this place and they didn’t reimburse us so vacation was double the price we were planning on

En general bien. Solo un día no hicieron el aseo

Accidente en la alberca por falta de mantenimiento. y aunque ya era del conocimiento del hotel hicieron caso omiso.

El cuarto todo sucio y apestoso a cigarro el baño a prestaba a drenaje las sábanas y las toallas no las cambian cada tercer día y no huelen ni cloro ni limpio el aire acondicionado no enfría

El desayuno incluido fue malísimo, la comida a la carta tenía comida echada a perder, el
Clima de la habitación no funcionaba, mantenimiento nunca llegó y el encargado no fue para conseguir un vemtilador

A notre arrivée dans le studio, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas donc ils nous ont changé de studio. Quasiment aucun équipement dans la cuisine. L'hébergement n'était pas propre.
Le personnel n'est pas désagréable (mais plusieurs étaient nouveaux donc ont du mal à repondre à nos demandes) et ne parlent pas tous anglais.

People just complaining about basic service , shower, toilets not working ,even one room was robbed, somebody broke in .

Confortable

Location is extremely convenient , downtown, you hear constant noise and music almost all night. Very basic studio room without wifi.

le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel , las habitaciones deberían de tener mínimo un frigobar todo lo que comprábamos se echaba a perder por el calor, la alberca tiene zonas que cortan la piel mi hija se cortó la rodilla

Nos dieron una habitación que no reservamos de menor categoría y la primera noche no nos ofrecieron otra opción. La gerente nos dio al día siguiente la que correspondía. El baño no fue limpiado correctamente. Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento y mejor servicio pues todos los recepcionistas son muy groseros y se ausentan de su área de trabajo. Ni siquiera el saludo responden.

Excelente atención del personal de recepción. Siempre amables y educadas, al pendiente de todas las necesidades del huésped.

The manager was super sweet. The excursion on site was so informative. The suite was not fancy, it served its purpose. If u dont mind the noise. Would book again.

This establishment was dirty, noisy and their staff was terrible.. worst Customer service experience ever . Frontier desk people we re so rude

Un poco mas de mantenimiento en las chapas y en los colchones, revisar que haya pasa con el agua caliente nada mas, ya que en mi estancia el agua era feia y en la mañana para bañarme si ers incomodo , en labtarde no porque ers refrescante

It was a lack of service cleaning

Excelente lugar para pasar el rato, todo queda muy cercano y es un espacio muy tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de varios beatch club
