Todos el personal super atento la ubicación 10 de 10 el desayuno rico sin duda regresaría
L’emplacement par rapport au centre est fantastique. Le personnel adorable.

Me vendieron mediante la app de Booking una habitacion que no habia, estaba sobre vendido el hotel,Y es la segunda vez que me hacen eso. 🤷♀️😮💨😡😡
La atención de las recepcionistas es de lo mejor, con un buen carisma.
Que no cuentan con frigobar en las habitaciones y por el lugar creo que es necesario.

Me cobraron un impuesto extra que siento que se lo sacaron de la manga, supuestamente me iban a dar la factura con el monto total, y hasta la fecha no ha llegado, la primera habitación que me dieron estaba sucio, y la segunda faltaban toallas y encontramos una cucaracha muerta dentro de la habitación
Me ayudaron mucho las dos recepcionista argentinas. Me ayudaron con todo y me solucionaron lo que pedía.
La ubicación genial. El desayuno sencillo pero muy rico. Las camas muy cómodas....
Faltan muebles. Solo tenía una silla... Falta Algo como para acomodar la ropa y colgar las toallas de lo mojado. Considerando q la capacidad era para 5 o 6 personas, falta mobiliario.

No son como lo muestran, viejas, deterioradas y mala calidad, no acordes con el costo. Fuga en la regadera y wc, no servía el aire acondicionado.

Indiferente, se recomienda cambiar la plantilla completa.

Inexistente, no les interesan los huéspedes, sigo esperando papel sanitario, que les pedi al llegar.
