No son como lo muestran, viejas, deterioradas y mala calidad, no acordes con el costo. Fuga en la regadera y wc, no servía el aire acondicionado.

Indiferente, se recomienda cambiar la plantilla completa.

Inexistente, no les interesan los huéspedes, sigo esperando papel sanitario, que les pedi al llegar.

Pésimo servicio pésimo hotel no vayan me salí la primera noche ya que para nada lo que ofrecen en sus imágenesl lógico no me devolvieron ni un peso hice check out y los sinvergüenzas no me dieron de baja en la aplicación para ellos como si estuviera yo ahí ,,infestado de sancudos el cuarto estaba horrible su desayuno incluído solo un café debería decir café incluído porq de desayuno no tiene nada

Sin agua caliente... Baño sin toallas para el piso ni para la cara, solo la toalla de baño, de un tamaño discutible... No tenía lámparas de noche. Artículos de cortesía casi inexistentes... He estado en hostales y moteles el doble de buenos que este hotel...

Tiene insectos, parientes de las cucarachas muchas, en la cama y el baño, no pude dormir pensándo en qué se me iban a subir
