Nice location, pool was lovely
The room wasn’t clean, shower had mould, no quilt covers, poor service

It was infested with cockroaches!! When we told the staff they didnt really care and said they would tell housekeeping but heard nothing else
Right size and comfortable
A bit far to town centre. A lack of cleaning products and garbage bags at the premises no laundry detergent and dryer filter had not been changed in a long time. Gas to all appliances was turned off resulting in having cold showers the first morning
Exceptionally friendly staff, everywhere you went, at reception, breakfast buffet, even staff coming on to start their shift saying good morning as I came back from gym. A very family oriented place to stay, was great seeing children enjoying the pool and mini golf
The swipe card locks were a bit temperamental sometimes on various gates and doors
