Came2zzz post 20hrs ERshift/ NO zzz pple? in stairwell ALL NIGHT;

Breakfast was ok, I stayed because I was exhausted.the young male front desk attendant was so nice ! Thnk u

Told to call back at 8a ( when I called @6a to extend my stay 2nd night bcuz I was too tired to move my things to diff. hotel). Night attendant was very nice but he didn’t “have ability to add me 2nd night.”Frustrating bcuz I didn’t want to wake bk up 2 hrs again.. no rest! . he did suggest I I add myself a night on booking.com rather than wait , so I did & then at 1130a I went downstairs to extend checkout but the older male mngr shook his head TELLING ME“ when guests book through 3rd party sites, this makes things much more complicated for him . “ I was so upset with HIS DEMEANOR, I told him I was instructed to do so or wake bk up @8a “, he rolled his eyes saying his night staff “is new”. ! Unfair! It makes me mad. Bad enough couldn’t sleep all night due to noise; up and down stairwell nxt to room. but I felt like I worked there! I’m off the clock!
I DEF WILL not STAY THERE. SO MUCH $$$ FOR A BED w/ ZERO REST 0 amenities. NO SPA not a thing open . Just nice night staff thank you !

Great for a quick overnight stay!

Cons:

Carpet in room was extremely dirty, my 6 year old looked like he had tar on the bottom of his feet after only 15 minutes of being there, very unsettling
