Sugiero que halla agua caliente y mejoren su servicio de wifi y un poco de control en horarios de barullo ya que me tocó dormir casi alas dos de la mañana ya que había mucho ruido de huéspedes y para variar levantarme muy muy temprano por los mismos ruidos de los mismos huepes de lo de lo demás está muy bien es acogedor

They charge my card again. With out a reason I was there only one night they charge a second night after I checked out.
And they gave me higher price for booking on line.
Walking ins where given a lower rate.

Mi mamá tuvo un accidente con la puerta automática, la puerta tiro a mi mamá al ingresar al hotel y en recepción no apoyaron en el accidente. La gerente no atendió la situación.

Muy buena atención del personal, pero instalación es muy deterioradas y habitación sucia, había un cabello muy largo a simple vista en la regadera pegado en la pared, y la puerta de acceso el Marco estaba roto y se veía de afuera hacia adentro entre muchas otras cosas

The rooms are nice and clean. Receptionist could be courteous for when asking how to connect to WiFi she offered instructions rudely. Anyhow WiFi is of low quality and hard to connect to.
