Absolument parfait !
Pros:

Le séjour était absolument parfait, nous avons eu un souci avec les bagages à l’aéroport et l’équipe de l’établissement a tout mis en place pour nous aider et nous apporter du confort malgré nos valises manquantes..

THE BEST HOTEL IN Istanbul!!!
Pros:

I had wanted to visit Istanbul for so long and I was delighted to book the Four Seasons at Bosphorus for my birthday!
Firstly the Four Seasons is my favourite hotel group and they never disappoint!
My friend and I had a great welcome and Ebru the customer relations manager was amazing! Given twin rooms are becoming difficult to obtain - Ebru moved us to a better light and bright room which was terrific!! All the staff from reception, to restaurants throughout the hotel were amazing including the fabulous concierge who booked last minute places for us where we wanted to go!
The breakfast was the stunner! I specifically asked for a dish which the team took a photograph from my phone and each morning without asking i received this wonderful breakfast- the buffet was one if the best having tried many Four Seasons.
The hotel location is stunning and on the river and despite the weather not being sunny- the pool looked amazing and is something fabulous to look forward to on a future visit!
We organised a boat trip for which the boat called us from the Four Season's own jetty and it was a pleasure to sit out on the beautiful terrace and watch the world go by!
We tried the spa which again was amazing and one of my favourites!!
As it was my birthday- the hotel changed the room bedding with beautiful embroidered Happy birthday on the pillows which was a lovely touch!! On the day we had champagne and cake all complimentary !!
The distinguishing feature of this hotel is the service!! It went above and beyond at every occasion! It was truly amazing and I cannot wait to revisit!
